"Yea, everyone's been talking about you! They all love you, Stonekit!" Mintsplash exclaims. "And you shouldn't get too worked up about not having a mother. I don't either...." she trails off, remembering her own mother's death in the fire, but quickly pushed that thought out. "In a way, don't you think that's an advantage? You wouldn't have been able to leave the nursery at all! I never was allowed to. You lucky little tom!" she said in childish jealousy.

Redfern looked away at his paws "thank you i like your name it really suits you" he meowed delightfully.

Stonekit.smiled up at him "ok oh and pineclaw said something too...oh yea that he would also care for me, or something like that. But he is sleeping at the moment" be said with a smile and could smell his own milk breath

Mintsplash purred and stared at Robinchaser after his comment. 'That's quite a promise...but I admire his kindness' Mintsplash thought to herself.

"Well aren't you lucky Stonekit! You got an uncle, and a peek around the camp today!" she mewed softly.

[Sable.]

"Thank you." She smiled at the tom. "Is something bothering you Redfern? You took troubled. " Appleleaf padded closer to him.

He smiled back down at the gray kit. "We'll all care for you, Stonekit!" He nudged Mintsplash. "Right?" He said this with laughter in his gaze.

"Of course! Stonekit, the whole clan is your family." Mintsplash commented, glancing at Robinchaser, returning his gaze.

He looked down and finished his mouth. Gulping down the prey, he nodded. "Stonekit, you'll never 'not have family'. You have the Clan."

Stonekit smiled at this and knew everyone did well almost everyone.... he laughed and nuzzled his fur into mintsplash's fur

Redfern's tail became stiff then he relaxed as she moved closer to him. "Nothing in perfect..cuz your here"he mewed being a bit flirty bit still cool and regular.

Mintsplash smiled and nodded to Stonekit. 'If only my clan were this nice to me when I lost my father as a kit...then maybe my life would've been happier..' she thought to herself, forcing the smile to stay. She carefully wrapped her tail around Stonekit to keep him comfortable.

"What?" Appleleaf took a step back. "I'm a medicine cat Redfern, that's against the warrior code. I'm sorry." She said with alarm "We could still be friends." She added to try make feel better. Her tail drooped, she hated making other cats sad or upset.
