Chance looked at him for a second. "You'd let me join your herd??" she asked, dumbstruck at the idea that anyone could want her. She had always been neglected; nobody had ever wanted her.

[Ranua]

"Sure why not." he shrugged.

[Charms]

Temperance began to have an anxiety attack. She breathed heavily and quickly, feeling abandoned. She was still young and regretted ever leaving her herd's safety where her mother was still looking for her. Depression struck her badly as she lay her head down on the terrain, not having the strength to stand with the fear of her neck snapping.

Deep within the woods, Aubrey had pursued Venom in an ugly battle, one she wouldn't forget. Blood was everywhere, marking the trees, and creating an unsightly landscape.
Venom grunted, "We would have been perfect! Any ordinary filly would have been vanquished by now!" He had to yell, for the clash of their bodies and their hooves was overwhelming.

Aubrey ignored him, she was becoming exhausted, but she had to win this for Temperance.
"Temperance was right about you! You're wicked and cruel!"

"And did she not misjudge you?!" Venom said in a blood-curling whinny.

[Steffi.]

Chance practically leaped when he said it. Someone wanted her. And it was a feeling she liked a lot.

[Steffi.]

Arrie suddenly had a pain in her side; she knew what it was and wasn't scared...

*LATER*

Arrie cried when her colt was born. He was the most beautful foal she had ever seen. But he died during birth. She cried for her baby for so long that her eyes were red from her dry tears.

[Charms]

Aubrey jumped back quickly before Venom could sneak in a horrid bite. His name described him well, every time his teeth sunk into her fragile skin, it felt like poison was being injected into her. Venom's words were cruel to her, she began to lose all hope and just broke down.
Aubrey dropped to her knees and then crashed on the forest terrain. Venom snorted with pride at his defeat, showing off with a rear. His legs ached and he bled all over still, which made him think of this win as worthy.

However, for Aubrey, that was everything it wasn't. She could feel her organs shutting down, giving in...An infection was probably taking command of her.

Temperance closed her eyes as the life slowly drained from her. She wasn't dead, yet.

[Ranua]

Chance practically leaped when he said it. Someone wanted her. And it was a feeling she liked a lot.

Silicon smiled, chuckling. "Im guessing you accept then?"

[Steffi.]

"Yes!" squealed Chance, a new skip in her step.

Arrie stood, looking at the dead foal before walking into a new part of the field.

[Ranua]

"Great! Ill introduce you to the herd when we get there." he smiled, picking up the pace.

[Steffi.]

Chance followed happily, glad that she had found someone that wasn't rude or snappy with her.
