Nightsplash ducked his head back, but a little too late. He was still hit. He realized that he was in a bad position, so he took a risk. He stood up and pounced into Talonstrike's side.

Hawksky got back from the patrol and padded over to Waterpaw. "Hey, you want to do some training?" he asked cheerfully.

(Yeah,lol. But I won't make it a sob story. And are Talonstrike and Nightleap practicing,or really fighting?)
Waterpaw flicked her ears and sat up. "Sure," she mumbled quietly. It wouldn't be the same training with him though,knowing he practically had a mate. and if him and Rouge had kits,he would forget all about training her and only think of Rouge and the kits.

(( just play-fighting. Nightsplash feels really guilty about Goldflower's deather, since he dicovered the fox and he wants to get his anger out. but not super violently XD ))

Hawksky tilted his head. "What's wrong, Waterpaw? And don't tell me nothing, either. You're getting thin and aren't acting yourself."

Waterpaw blushed. She knew he would ask this. Why did cats have to be so nosey and inquisitive? "Just tired I guess," she lied, by yawning and trying to sound like she was being truthful. He dcouldnt expect a she cat to pour out all her troubles and be open about her feelings. She remembered the day when the fox had killed Goldflower. How she didn't even fight or try to protect her clanmate. How she wasn't fast enough to get the medicine cat. She got a lump in her throat and Tears welled in her eyes,but she quickly turned away,hiding them before he could see.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Hawksky asked. "And if you're tired, you can have the day off, if you would rather." He sat down and looked over his apprentice, concerned. He could see some of her ribs.

Waterpaw shook her head. "No,I wanna train." (gtg be back tomorrow at 5 o'clock eastern standard time.)

Forestpaw shook her head, clearing her thoughts. She wriggled out from Sandstar's grasp and shook head again.

Flickerheart told Mosspaw that they were going to train. They exited the camp and headed for the training hollow.

Sandstar walked up to Forestpaw. "Its time for training," she mewed, jerking her head toward the entrance.

Hawkksy shook his head. "No, I love it! I was just wondering." He purred and licked the top of Rogue's head.

Nightsplash wandered up to Talonstrike. He needed to take his mind off of Goldflower. "Talonstrike?" he asked. "I know I'm a warrior, but can you show me some battle moves? I haven't practiced in awhile..."

Talonstrike instinctively rolled onto his back. He had learned that there was a chance his opponent could jump off and take opportunity to do some damage to his exposed belly.

Nightsplash was knocked off his feet when Talonstrike rolled over. He got up quickly and dug his feet into Talonstrike's belly.

Sandstar looked at her apprentice, concerned. "Are you alright? Did I hurt you?"

Hawksky nodded reluctantly. "Okay, lets do some hunting, then."
