((Okay so just to point this out, I only let it happen with Whisperleaf because I was busy at the time, but odds are in the large territory they had no one is hearing anything going on with the fox attack be at the beach/camp/or where ever unless they are literatly just down or up the stream.))

Whisperleaf looked, horror filled as her other clanmate is forced into unconsciousness. She quickly runs over and grabs her scruff, bringing her ink the same bush as Hawkwing. She trembled, before going out to face the beast. She slashed at its shoulder, but it snapped it jaws and clenched her paw in its grip. She winced and scratched at it's face before it let go. "I'm going to lead it away" She panted, before running without any word. She looked back to see it following. It lunged at her, but only scratched her back, and she kept running until she hit the edge of territory. There, she climbed up a tree, ignoring the pain in her paw as she waited for the fox to give up, in which it eventually did, and she slid down and approached her clanmates.

((Hawkwing had been sent on a hunting patrol with Spyrostripe and Koitail, he was already right there.))

Hawkwing tried to chase after Whisperleaf and the fox, what was she thinking? It was a completly mouse-brained idea but he shoulder had hurt to much to stand on it, let alone chase a fox. Finally coming to senses he noticed Spyrostripe laying on the ground. Slowly he limped over nudging her with his nose a few times to see if he couldn't get her to wake up. Ear pricked he realized he hadn't seen Koitail before or after he black out.

she gasped for breath as her eyes darted awake, her eyes full of fear and pain she got up, feeling like her body was on fire. As she limped over to the tree and slumped against it. The animal swiped its claws over her nose and left ribcage and snapped at her ear leaving it to hang in shreds. " Are you alright? " his gaze looking saddened and distant

"Brokenwhat?" Smokestar asked, inviting the tom to sit down with him. He had clearly never heard of her, and looked puzzled.

"Her name is Brokendream," Brackenflame's voice hardened. "The mousebrain of a leader before you changed her name when she was marred by the badger attack. She was only a kit, but had to live with that name for the rest of her life. I came here today to tell you about her and to request that you change her name, because it never represented what she really is.
Brokendream used to be a bright and outgoing she cat, always helping when ever she could. But one day, a fatal badger attack killed her family and scarred her, on the inside and outside.
Since then, she has withdrawn from helping around in the clan, is seldom seen, and her spirit has gone. Now, she spends her time hiding, thinking that she is a monster. I think that with help and support from the clan and a new name, Brokendream will regain that wonderful personality, forget her past and become a great warrior.
That's why you have to help. You can convince the clan, tell them about her. Tell them that she is one of them, and should be treated that way. It may take weeks, moons, even, but I am confident in you and Brokendream, so Smokestar, please help." Brackendream took a deep breath, waiting for him to answer.

Koitail finished her hunting and returned. The stench of blood met her scent glands and she raced to where it was coming from. Spyrostripe was unconscious, and Hawkwing looked like he had just woke up. Koitail's eyes grew wide and she dropped her prey with shock. "W-what happened?" Fox scent slammed into her and she looked around, fearing it was coming back.

Smokestar nodded, listening. The story tugged at his heartstrings. "I see." He finally meowed, after a moment of thinking. "I never knew there was another cat in our camp, hidden. I was a warrior at the time, and I wasn't in camp, explaining why I never noticed. Does Brokendream have a request for a name? Or do you have an idea? I'll welcome her into the clan, and we'll make sure she's well cared for."

Hawkwing's eyes were narrowed, he felt so helpless, "I don't know." He said answering the waking Spyrostripe first as Koitail came throw the brush seconds after, "Come on we need to get back to camp." Tone back to being it's normal harsh self he tried to help Spyrotail but the deep scratch in his shoulder was too much. Wincing in pain he grunted trying to hide his pain though it was obvious.

Koitail looked at his scratch. "You hurt." She murmured gently. "I'll take care of Spyrostripe. She's not waking up. I'll have to carry her." Koitail, after some effort, got Spyrostripe onto her back.
