Duckwing rushed out of camp,leaving her metor to sort herbs.She purred,looking at him "You know..." She meowed to Rowanwhisker

"Please climb the tree after putting on the feathers." Skystar said.

Amberkit watched intently as Skystar instructed Birchkit. Skystar's pretty, she thought. I wonder if she can really teach cats how to fly?

Birchkit nodded and put on the feathers carefully. He carefully scaled a mighty oak, digging in his claws so he wouldn't slip.

Rowanwhisker smiled and followed quickly, once they were out of eyesight and earshot he nuzzled Duckwing affectionately.

"Skystar's gonna teach us how to fly!" Amberkit exclaimed. She nodded at Skystar. "That's Skystar, right there."

"Fly!" Otterkit squeked "I can't wait!" She meowed,tryin to push her sister off

"Rowanwhisker" she meowed "What if.....Leapardtail finds out,or Kestrelstar?" She meowed,resting her head on his chest

"But what if they don't?" Rowanwhisker asked.

[Cradily]

"Me neither!" Amberkit whispered to her sister so as not to distract any cat. She gently stepped off of Otterkit and watched Birchkit climb the tree. "D'ya think 'e'll really be able to fly?"

[oh my no]

"Good. Believe you can fly. Jump off when your ready. Believe in yourself." She told the kit kindly.

Birchkit took a deep breath. I can fly. I can fly. I can fly. He crouched down and closed his eyes. In an instant, Birchkit was off of the tree. He gasped, he was flying!
