She heard it again, and thought she was going mad.
Why didn't he come to the clans with me? she thought sadly, Why did he choose not to come?
She looked at the beautiful flower that her mate had given her. She put a special herb on it so it would never rot. She put it in the dirt so it was standing up and it could grow more. She wanted it to grow in memory of him, because although he cared about her, he didn't care enough to come. She still loved him though, she just didn't want her clan to die a hot, fiery death

" Mothflight! I need you to help me. It's my paw. I think it's broken," he called, not caring what cat heard it.

She was deeply lost on thought and did not realize that Shadowfur actually had been calling out to her.

[Royallioness]

" MOTHFLIGHT!!!!!! COME HERE NOW!!!! IM CALLING YOU!!!!" he screamed so loud, a couple of birds flew out of a near by tree.

She thought it was still a hilusionasion. She figured that it wouldn't stop bothering her unless he went, so she padded over to where the voice was coming from.

" Mothflight are coming?" he said, hearing the paw steps of a cat.

She gasped and looked away at the shocking sight of his paw twisted all the way around.
"Okay," she said,"we're gonna have to do something my mentor told me about. This will hurt, but don't freak out okay? For me,"
She grabbed a stick and vines and put a stick against Shadowfur's paw. She put the vines to tie it on and moved the splint hard and fast. His paw was straight.
"Phew," she said,"I didn't know that was gonna wor-" she trailed off as she saw the terrified face of Shadowfur, now looking as though he was scared of her.

[Royallioness]

"Ow," he said, about as quiet as a kit." Why didn't you come right away?" he said p, a little louder this time.

[Toxic Nightshade]

"I didn't think it was you," she replied

"Well who did you think it was?"
