Stormclaw narrowed his eyes. "How did you get here, anyway?" His eyes flitted to Fireflypaw, then to Bluebell, who stayed silent.

[Wild Mothman]

"I didn't lead them here, they may have just followed our scent trails" Fireflypaw replied, looking at her paws

[horchata]

Stormclaw watched River, then looked at Bluebell, wondering which one of them had suggested going to the forest. "You do realise how dangerous it is for you to be here?"

[Wild Mothman]

"Yes" River replied, "Forest life is so wild, primeval..." the blue cat trailed off.

[horchata]

"Which is why you shouldn't be here. What if you run into trouble?"

[Wild Mothman]

River didn't reply, she mearly looked at her own paws.
"I don't want to go home" she said, bluntly

[horchata]

"So you think you can fight off a couple of kittypet-hating warriors?" Stormclaw meowed expressionlessly, although he felt a pang of sympathy for River, and he shivered at the thought of being caged up in a twoleg nest. "You have to go home sometime."

[Wild Mothman]

"I fight off cats all the time" River mewed, this was half true, the dainty cat could fight off a cat twice her size, IF she didn't run away first.

[horchata]

"She can. We both can." Bluebell was surprised to find herself growling. She didn't like being treated like a moon-old kit.

Stormclaw just watched them, half-approving. "Ok then, lets see if you can fight off a whole clan then."

[Wild Mothman]

River flicked her blue gaze to Stormclaw,
"We shall see, we shall see" was all the blue cat said.
