Mark rubbed his eye tiredly and yawned, slowly sitting up on his branch. He glanced down, Aubry was still asleep, or at least it appeared so. He gave a small laugh, "Won't wake her."
The Cheetah Hybrid jumped down from the tree and scanned the area, considering hunting before his new friend woke up.

Aubrey heard mark wake up and sat up, cross legged. She tiredly rubbed her eyes. She looked at him, face blank

Mark smiled, "Good morning, you awake or just not asleep?"

Aubrey chuckled. "not asleep" she said and dropped her hand. She looed at her tail, which was still curled at the tip (obviously not getting the memo that she is no longer sleeping. "i think i saw a river around here somewhere" she said and stood up, stumbling a bit, then gaining her balance again

Mark gave a curt nod, "Rivers are good, maybe we can catch some fish."
He laughed inwardly when she stumbled, but said nothing, "Shall we find the suposed river?"

Aubrey nodded and led him into the forest, following the scent of water that seemed near. "Don't you find it weird that our sensi=es increased with the transformation?" she asked and twined her hands together behind her back

Mark followed her and shook his head, "No, the big cats have hightened senses so it makes sense that we would."
He sniffed, smelling the water, "I think it'd be strange if we didn't."

"yeah i guess" she said and shrugged. "where are all the others? i know there are more peo..." she was cut off by a loud growl coming from the bushes. Suddenly the wind was knocked out of her and she was on the ground, struggling against strong hands

Nero saw another hybrid and on an impulse, he growled and attacked the tiger-girl. He couldn't back down now as it would be weird. He pinned her, not knowing there was another one behind him
