Shatteredkit got a mouthful of fur,and coughed.
Moonblze smiled. "It's this: The Moon's babies will save the comet's land with the help of a heart of shade."

Cometstar tilted his head. "Okay," he said. "It doesn't matter now. I guess we wait till they're warriors and then worry," he said.
Spiritkit smiled, sticking her tongue out at Shatteredkit.

Gingerpaw lay in her den, thinking about Moonblaze's prophecy.

Chestnutkit mewed, his blue eyes looking everywhere. "Dad?" he asked when he saw Cometstar.
Moonblaze sighed. "Yes, that."

"When can I go hunt with you?" Chestnutkit asked. "I wanna hunt my own mouse!"

"All cats of CometClan join me underneath the High Rock!" he said. "I want to make two warriors. It has been four moons since we've had a me warrior. Blackpaw and Gingrpaw, please come forward."
