Sagepaw wandered lonely around camp, and finally caught his eye on the medicine cat den. He looked around anxiously, then padded tentatively towards it. He peered inside, and was amazed at the scent, and overwhelming order to the herbs.

Sagepaw looked all around the medicine cat den, and lifted his paw to step inside, but nervously hesitated. What if someone caught him? He started to head back out, but remembered why he came in the first place. He gently placed a pawful of poppy seeds along a crevice in the wall, and smiled at the wonder around him. This was the one place he felt at home.
