Tide nods, "Thank you, but one more time you say we're evil, you'll find out what our claws do taste like" He bit on his tongue to stop any more bitter remarks. Looking over at Snaggletooth, he dips his head "You've been the nicest crocodile I've ever met... Thank you, but we may have to leave." Tide nudges Flower's shoulder, "Ready to go?" He chuckles, grinning.

Fox blinked, still wide eyed and full of adrenaline. Finally managing to bounce to his feet, he nodded, "Yes, ma'am," he answered, taking a deep breath before following Rain's next instruction. Of course he play fought, and even now as an apprentice he still pounced on Rain and batted at her tail. Now, however, this was much more real. Narrowing his eyes and lowering himself to the ground, he took a running start before pouncing, using both paws to bat quickly at Rain. He made sure to stay quick and light on his feet, flitting back and forth as quickly as he could. Unable to be strong enough, however, he was wondering how he would be able to actually fight in an effective manner.

"Much obliged young one", she said with a polite nod towards him. "There is another crocodile in the area who is looking to take this territory for himself if you see him come find me", she paused,"It's about time I drove him off".

Tide looks upset. Plonking his but on the ground, he suddenly snarls at Jay. "Then leave the Tribe's territory. If we're 'Evil' then you don't stay in our land or waters" He hisses, unsheathing his claws.

//yes, that's okay. you can all age your characters at least a moon or two by now. I am posting soon. It seems everyone has been busy posting which is great! Reading up on the pages <3 and you may have Wave walk in on the situation if you haven't already

Flower That Blooms in Shade
The she-cat had been watching on in horrid curiosity as Jay accused them of being evil. Was that what the rogues told all the passerby's? That the Tribe of the Black Pearl was evil? How ironic. She thought to herself, ear flicking to accentuate her opinion on the matter. "Rain and Fox are the best surgeons around. You will be treated with the utmost care." Flower explained with a grin touching her features. She was proud to be part of the tribe, no matter what others believed about it. The tribe was her home. "Snaggletooth? Would you like to come too? Right now . . . well, there's a lot going on in the tribe . . ." Her voice trailed off. Was it really rise to bring them both back to camp with the exile taking place? Flower cast a wary glance towards Tide. What would Rumble think about them bringing two new members, one hurt for that matter, in the tribe's time of caution? The questions raced through her mind.

The pale gray and white tabby she-cat narrowed her eyes, and landed a front paw blow on his head, making sure only to stun him for a few moments and pinned him down. "Use your size to your advantage."

Fox was indeed stunned, blinking a few times before looking up at Rain. How was he supposed to use his size to his advantage? He was tiny...! Yet... he was also very quick, and with his size, he realized just how swift he could be. If he could keep moving and keep his opponent from being able to land a solid blow, it would buy him time to land more of his own. It was a good idea! "Yes, ma'am!"

Tide is already padding away. He was uncomfortable in that situation so he packed up and left as soon as it was polite. Sighing, Tide's brain rushes with all the thoughts and mishaps that had happened that day. As soon as he nears the ship, he notices that some of the cats were out of the Medicine den. Happy, he scrambles over the wooden deck to the Apprentice den. Sitting in his nest, he grooms his pelt, which the wind has ruffled.
