Swallowpaw stood there awkwardly, unsure of what to say. She blinked once, and after another minute of silence meowed,"Have y-you eaten yet?" She figured if the tom hadn't he'd eat some of her food. That, and she had managed to boost some courage to ask someone to basically eat with her. This was more of a rare gesture from Swallowpaw, as she was usually too timid to do so with another cat besides her brother.

"Acturally,no.H-Have you?"He stuttered
for a moment.Come on be brave.It's a she - cat.

The she-cat gave a thankful glance to Quailfeather. Oddly, she hadn't eaten
anything since she'd awoken at dawn. "Of course, that'd be nice." She said,
giving off a pleasing grin. She tried to avoid taking part in other cat's meals,
but she was actually extremely hungry.

The she-cat shook her head. Her tail flicked for a moment. "Want to share s-something, then?" She'd never eat a full meal- she was simply too tiny, being more slender and frail then her brother, but not like a runt or anything. Swallow didn't want to put any meal to waste. That, and she didn't want to be scolded by another cat for it.

standing up.He looked at the slender cat's body build.

Swallowpaw nodded once more and turned to walk out of the den. Her pelt grew hot; the she-cat could practically feel Fallenpaw's gaze on her as she left and headed over to the fresh-kill pile. "Y-you can chose, Fallenpaw." She murmured, not knowing how much the other apprentice would eat.

Fallenpaw saw a large rabbit
and picked it out."This one seems
enough for two of us."He said calmly.

"Okay." Swallowpaw meowed, knowing that he'd probably eat much more of it then her. The she-cat padded over to a quiet area- there was no sense in going somewhere noisy and crowded to eat- and sat down silently.

Fallenpaw sat down quietly."You could have the first bite."He said softly.

Swallowpaw murmured,"Thank you." As he sat down, offering her the first bite. Swallowpaw took a mouthful and chewed silently. The prey was fresh, so it tasted very good to her- though some cats could argue it wasn't their best meal. The she-cat really tried to be thankful for everything she had. "It's good." She meowed.
