adderfang and pantherclaw stumbled along, half blinded by smoke and coughing. They had been the last out of camp, not including Amberpaw, as the elder den had half collapsed as the fire hit it.

coaltail walked along grumbling "in my day the camp would have been evacuated before there was any danger to the cats

Ravensong looked over at Adderfang and Pantherclaw with worry but was glad they were out. She heard Coaltail grumbling and sighed softly. "Please relax Coaltail. Most of the camp was asleep when it happened. We should just thank starclan no one was killed." She told him with gentle words.

Amberpaw laid on the grass, slowly coming to but still coughing. When her eyes opened she felt a wave of exhaustion and pain hit her. Sighing, she looked at the camp, glad everyone was there.

silverheart stumbled and collapsed, coughing. she had breathed in loads of smoke when she rescued amberpaw.

shadowkit wimpered in a feaverd dream again she heard the prophecy
"the fire must burn, a cat will die, the eagle shall take flight.
the bones return to this camp to claim what's theirs by right.

Amberpaw noticed Silverheart and slowly sat up, using a lot of her strength just to do so. She looked over at Ravensong and weakly meowed her over. "Ravensong, near the water I have a hidden stash of medicines. I put them there and checked daily in case of something like this. Search through it until you find the catmint. Brig it here." She told her.

Ravebsong nodded and ran over to the water. She searched for the stash and soon found it hidde under the overhan of a rock. She searched through it till she found the catmint and picked it up. She ran back to Amberpaw and handed it to her.

"Good idea, Amberpaw, but personally i would use coltsfoot as catmint is only useful for white and grencough"

snowpelt padded up "right now i think the first thing we need to do is look after the injured cats" she mewed "you can talk later. the elders have breathed in a lot of smoke when their den collapsed. we have a very tiny kit who has just opened his eyes. silverheart practically collapsed after she rescued you amberpaw and i think shadowkit might have feaver."
