Greenstar quickly wolfed down the rest of the finch. As Sootcloud placed the lavender on his wound he winced, "Yeah. Stings a bit." He chuckled. He looked around the dark camp, then up at the grey-ish blue sky that showed the sun would soon be up. "Thanks again, Sootcloud. For all this." He purred, his yellow eyes watched as he finished wrapping up his wound.

Rosefrost followed Wildheart's gaze to his brother and sighed. "I slept alright. How about yourself, Wildheart?" She asked politely. She felt bad for Wildheart in some ways, with his brother being the leader and having those she-cats.

"I was planning to sleep later, until some kits decided to go into the Warrior's den and trample my tail." His voice was gruff, sounding a bit older than he was. He was honestly just a grump at somepoints. "I really do want an Apprentice, it's just.. I value my sleep a little too." The tom chuckled and glanced at her. "Want to go for a hunt?"

" It was nothing. " she purred back, finishing up his side wound . " Now, about that hunt with you and Flamewing, it should be another day because when you pounce on something you have the chance of reopening it. " she said sighing settling down beside him waiting, for somebody to fire up the conversation. " Do you want me to set up a patrol, we havent checked in a while. "

[ i just realized i wrote smallpaw not littlepaw dangit. and okay heronwing is her mentor. coolio. ]

Littlepaw padded up to her mentor, prodding his flank with her paw gently. Her eyes were bright and she was freshly groomed, looking more awake than ever. "Heronwingggg," the shecat whined softly. She was among the oldest apprentices, bound to become a Warrior any day now, though she could still have too much energy for her own good.

Greenstar nodded, "Yes, please do set up a patrol. We still need cats to check out the eastern border." He said gruffly. "Thank you, Sootcloud. I'm so grateful that you're taking care of so much for me." He said in his deep voice. When Sootcloud settled down beside him he moved a bit closer so their pelts were brushing. It was such a small movement but it worked for him.

Rosefrost shrugged. "Sure, why not. I haven't been out for awhile." She said, moving towards the entrance. She signaled with her tail for Wildheart to follow. Once they were in the forest, she turned back and flicked his nose with her tail. "Race ya to the training area, we can hunt around there. Bet I'll beat you!" She said, then took off, racing towards the small clearing.

Observing the movements between Sootcloud and Greenstar, Flamewing quietly and sadly slipped out of the den, and went to go curl up in the warriors den.

She purred, brushing her deluted calico pelt against his dark black one. " Of course. " She meowed dipping her head " Flamewing, and SmallPaw, to the entrance please. " she meowed her voice ringing throughout the clearing she quickly wrapped her paws around her body and waited patiently. " Where'd Flamewing go? " she whispered to him her tail twitching.

He lifted his head groggily spotting littlepaw, his newly appointed apprentice. " Of course! " He lepaed to his paws, lifting his broad head, he's tail flicked excited. " Do you want to work on your hunting or battle moves? " He asked eageraly.

Slinking out of the Warriors den, she went and sat by the entrance, waiting for Smallpaw, flicking her tail.

Wildheart chuckled and shook out his fur before he bounded after her, long strides matching evenly with her's. Though, the she-cat had much more stamina than he did, she was built for running fast where as his broad shoulders and muscle was for fighting. "You win, you win.. I bet I can catch a bigger piece of prey though!"

Smallpaw grinned and bounced on her paws. "Fighting! Pleaseeee!" Her whine was cut short by Sootcloud and her tail dropped slightly. "After the patrol then."

Adderstripe
Adderstripe padded out of the warrior den, and went straight into the forest. He was pretty thrilled to see Robin again. They both shared an interest in the forest, and he was grateful for that. After a little while, he saw the same line of fences. He walked to Robin's fence, and waited, occasionally looking in through a hole in the fence.
