She nodded trailing behind him, suddenly feeling a jolt of excitment rush through her as her paws skimmed on the slippery leves " So, " She began slowly " Do you want to hunt on the way back? "

Darkclaw smiled,''Well whatever it is I'll be happy to hear.'' she said voice even. She spotted a squirrel in the shadows and turned into one. She rushed forward as a shadow and was near the squirrel. She turned back into an actual cat landing onto the squirrel. She sank her claws into it and pretty soon it was dead.

"That's alright with me." Glowstar smirked, padding forward.

Duckpaw trotted alongside the patrol as they neared the border, "Which border are we going to?" He mewed to Glowstar looking curiously around the forest floor.

"We're going to the border near the Moon Falls." He mewed to the apprentice, twitching his ear.


Duckpaw looked in awe at the deputy, "I've never seen your powers!" The young apprentice was surprised by how cool it was.
