Mosspelt broke into laughter.

Mallownose's paw shot forward, claws gripping a carp. As quick as he'd done the first move her jerked back.

Reedwhisker frowned. "I'm not following."

After catching a few fish she grabbed her pile and walked back to camp. Seeing Reedwhisker a smile crossed her face, walking over with her bird she set it down by him. "Would you like to share?" She asked softly, her pelt getting hot in embarrassment.

Mallownose frowned after her. "We just ate," he muttered crossly before stalking angrily towards the warrior's den.

Watching the angry tom walk away she dipped her head to the deputy and walked after Mallownose. "What is your problem with me?!" She asked, as she stormed into the den. "What did I do to you?"

Mosspelt nursed her kits.

"It's more the fact of what you didn't do," Mallownose replied, curling into his nest and closing his eyes.

Petalfur stalked over to him, clicking her tail over his ear she looked at him, "And what is that?" She asked

"Just forget it," he murmured quietly. "Why don't you go play with your little tom?"

Hissing Petalfur stalked out of the den, her tail thrashing. Looking around she didn't know what to do. Stopping for a moment she turned back in. "Tell me what you mean now" She said, trying to calm herself down. "I want to know what's going on" She said sitting next to him, wrapping her tail around her paws.
