Moonshade swished her tail around and tapped Secretgrudge's nose as she padded out of the den. She smiled as she responded, "Ok. You pick whatever you'd like to eat." She blinked up to the sky, squinting in the sunlight. She yawned, looking around. No one was really up yet so she didn't have to start organizing the patrols just yet. Even though she was deputy, she had to eat, too! Moonshade flexed her hurt leg a little before she moved anywhere. She growled, annoyed that it still hurt a little, but it wasn't as bad as the day before. She sat down in the sun, soaking up the warmth happily. She wrapped her feathery tail around her body as she waited for him.
Yesterday was pretty stressful. With the argument between herself and Secretgrudge, then Sagepaw getting hurt and somehow appearing supernaturally before her while she was still unconscious... It was too much. Her head still hurt a little from the strain of over-thinking how she even saw Sagepaw but she tried to ignore it and decided she'd visit her apprentice after she ate. Moonshade started grooming, but licked her hurt paw first; she used soft, slow strokes so nothing would irritate it.
