Merr looked over at Dark, sighing softly. "I'm so sorry..." He grabbed Dark by the back of the neck, jerking his head to break his friend's neck. He rested Dark's body carefully on the ground, closing his friend's eyes and putting him into a more comfortable position. "Rest in peace my friend."

(( I was allowed to kill him right? You didn't want him alive? ))

Yuki stood there, frozen. She had just witnessed the death of her father again. "I can't take this anymore..." She growled, looking away from Merr. "I can't have anything can I? I can't have a father. I can't go anywhere without being attacked. I can't just be a normal kid..." She looked up at Merr as she continued, "...I can't even have a family..." She burst in to tears again and ran off as fast as she could.

Merr leapt, grabbing her by the scruff and lifting her up. "Yuki, please. Don't make this any harder than it already is. I know what you're going through, I have no parents, no family... I had no childhood..."

"LEAVE ME ALONE YOU MURDERER!" Yuki snarled angrily. She thrashed wildly and struggled out of Merr's grip, then ran up to her dead father and hugged him tightly, not wanting to let go. "Daddy..." She sobbed, burying her face in his bloody fur...

[Solanum]

"Yuki, that is what I am. I do not deny it. I used to kill for a living, but I do not. He was dying, slowly and painfully... If I did not do it, he would have died anyway, in agony. Don't you see... I did him a favour!" He snapped aggressively at her, his muzzle, ears, legs and canines lengthening in a smooth motion. His body became more muscular, his tail split into three, one thin, reptilian and whip-like, another normal but with spikes protruding from the end like a Stegosaurus, and the other normal but with part of the flesh melting off to reveal the skeleton beneath. Bone rose up from his body to cover his throat, underbelly and chest. "This is what I am mutt... I'm not proud of it, but I am the heir to the Darkwood pack. It is rightfully mine."
Pulling back slightly, he cocked his head in amazement at Yuki. "P-p-pregnant? But you just said... Ship..."

Yuki slowly started to calm down and sat with her back to Merr. "I understand Merr. Because I know someone who used to be like you." She looked over her shoulder at him with her ears flattened. "Daddy used to be like you, he told me once...He said that he used to be the leader of a pack called Dark Pack when he was still young, but you probably wouldn't have heard because he actually came from somewhere across the sea one day. He used to be a ruthless and horrible guy who killed for fun, until he realised he wasn't getting any happiness from it. He stopped his bad ways when he became the alpha of Shadow Pack with his older brother, Shadow..."
The young female suddenly sprang to her paws and fell backwards with a yelp. "Ow..." She kept still for a moment, then jumped again, this time with a scream of pain. "OW!! IT HURTS!!" She cried. It was then that she realised her belly was swollen and round, and then a few moments later she knew what was wrong. "I...I'm...I'm pregnant..."

Merr blinked at her as she announced that she was pregnant. "P-P-Pregnant? R-Really? With whom?" He cocked his head at her, his mouth open.

"I'm guessing...Shade?..Ow..." Yuki whined, wincing in pain as another kick came. She started panting hard as she tried to stand up, but then she fell on to her side with another whine. "In fact...I've been like this for ages now...Must...nearly...be..." She had to stop and hold her breath while another strong kick came...

Merr let loose a howl for a healer, Yuki was in pain and there was nothing he could do for her. He'd never been pregnant, hopefully never would... ( O.o ) "Shiva, Willow, Rako, anyone?" He had heard the pack members talk of all of them, he just hoped that someone would get there quickly.
