Shiverwhisker looked up at Viperpaw. "If you want to help, he could really use some dry moss to help him warm up and keep warm." he hold the apprentice softly before turning back to Duskpaw. He sniffed the little tom again. His condition hadn't chagned even after getting his wounds cleaned and coated with marigold, leaving only about half of the tiny supply. I'll have to take Spiderpaw out looking for more herbs later. he thought to himself. He pushed a thyme leaf toward Viperpaw. "Take this. It'll help calm your nerves." he told her.

Wolfpaw's gaze drifted once more to Duskpaw's location.
"Tigerclaw, can I pretty please see Duskpaw?" Her gaze showed a now familiar look of love in her eyes, something that was rare before Duskpaw.
"Please?"

Viperpaw looked up at that, her golden eyes gleaming with appreciation. She took the thyme leaf handed to her and ate it without hesitation. "Thank you," she mewed softly before getting shakily to her paws. 'I'll be back,' she promised, the tom within her mind before pulling away. Her wound still hurt, but the idea of having something, anything to do was too tempting to pass up. Not caring if she was unfit to go or not she limped hurriedly out of camp to go fetch the moss. This task kept her mind focused at least and stopped her from doing something insanely stupid like going after- She stopped and shook herself then, refusing to even acknowledge the thought of the one who'd caused all this. Her golden gaze caught sight of moss, not wet by any means and just all around perfect in her mind and carefully she extracted it from the tree carrying large bundles of it and then making her way back to camp.

DuskBlaze's ears flickered and she instantly felt sympathy for the tom. He was their father yes, but she'd still promised and the queen wasn't one to break a promise. However perhaps she could find a way to get Swallowpaw to at least let him see the kits. The way Littlekit looked at him she would've thought the white she-cat had seen a Starclan cat. Sighing she decided on the best course of action. She only wanted what was best for the kits, even if they weren't her own. "Listen, I promised Swallowpaw not to let you near them...however perhaps I may be able to change his mind. For some reason or another though you've terribly upset him and I think the best choice of action is to admit that you were wrong and apologize." Her mew was calm and clear. "He won't forgive you right away, I can certainly see that now...but prove yourself. Swallowpaw is their guardian, and as their guardian he will protect these kits with his very life. Show him you have the same devotion. Now then if you don't mind I must get these young ones back to the Nursery," with that piece of advice given she picked up Littlekit by the scruff gently and tapped Coalkit gently with the tip of her tail before heading back to the Nursery.

Littlekit watched the Tom look at them with sad yet proud eyes an sighed "Is he my father?" She mewed looking at the Shecat who was carrying her.

Bumble kit sighed, she was the oldest of the three and the only one who knew of Spiritblazes true identy, he was their father and went into a deep depression once his mate died, her mother...her mother was so beautiful, black sleek fur with light purple eyes that always sparkled, she never frowend ever.

Coalkit growled at the Tom and huffed "little, if he was ever our father I would call myself a cut up fish with crowfood for scales!" He growled lightly with a huff.

( The top of Page 310 has a new form on it, if you could look at that. I think the whole Grinner scene is waiting for Bati,although Eaglestar and Lightpaw can be in camp if you want. I'll find the post for Leah in a sec.

Skypaw nodded and nudged Leah roughly." You heard him come on walk faster. We need to get to camp now." She said and gave the she cat a rough push with a growl. She unsheathed her claws, but nodded she needed to calm down.

The small gray and white she cat looked up at the sky with a small sigh. Why did the fire ever have to happen? She lost everyone in the fire. The only one she hadn't lost was Orionkit. Don't get her wrong Orionkit was her friend, she just didn't see him as much due to he was a kit. Plus he was annoying and kinda socially strange. He always sat around and stared at stuff for moons or as it seemed. Skypaw sighed and shook her head furiously as she narrowed her eyes to the loner. The past is the past right now you have a duty. She thought as she bristled." Come on speed up! Didn't you hear me or are you deaf too?" She said rather harshly, but soon after feeling bad.
