Echo resisted for a second. 'I'm Beta! I have to set a good example! I can't be playing like a pup!' She thought. That resolve lasted about 3 seconds when she saw Jay's puppy-dog eyes. With a mischievous grin, she grabbed the beetle back.

Shard set the rabbit down for a second. "I caught a rabbit." He said, trying to preserve his dignity and failing.

Akira blinked and gradually relaxed. " I guess you're right. So, what do you want?" As she said this, her ears twitched around nervously.

Gently tackling her he tried his hardest to steal the beetle who by now he was sure was must likely dead from being thrown around so much ,he growled playfully as he rolled around trying to grab it.
