The tom sighed, his ear flicking. He really didn't want to wake anyone up-
"Hemlocktail and Flinteye's are nowhere to be seen. They're never up this early."
Robinfeather sat down, his back leg bothering him. "Don't they have to ask you if they can go out of camp? It's odd that they would just leave." Robinfeather was slightly flustered, but nothing too noticeable. He was scared for his friends, his only friends. Why would they leave? Why wouldn't they tell him?

Blizzard paw yawned, licking her paw and dragged it slowly over her ear. She stopped and looked around. It seemed like only Minnowpaw was up, and he was starting towards the warrior's den. She tilted her head, and the she-cat began to walk towards the fresh-kill pile. However, she stopped, overhearing some of the warriors talking to each other about something. She turned around to look at them with an amused glint in her eyes. "Haven't you noticed the subtle hints? The looks, the smiles, the laughs they give each other. Honestly, even a kit could see that they fancy each other. Probably running around and about the forest by themselves," Blizzardpaw commented, even though she knew it wasn't her business.

At the sound of voices in the den, Rabbitrush lifted her head up, blinking away her blurry vision. She noticed that the sources of the noise were Robinfeather and the deputy, discussing the disappearance of Flinteyes and Hemlocktail. "What happened?"
