Duskblaze would've certainly said more, but she'd seen Littlekit move away out of the corner of her eye. "Hold on a moment," she mewed as she got to her paws and followed after her. "Littlekit!" she mewed and then gasped as she spotted Spiritblaze and the little she-cat was heading straight for him. Sparrowpaw had told her not to let the tom near them and despite her own curiosity she knew she had to. Walking over quickly she gently nosed the little she-cat. "And where are you going?" she asked as she looked down at her.

The tortoiseshell blinked in surprise at Shadowpaw's offer and she nodded. "Thanks Shadowpaw," she mewed as she gritted her teeth at the pain in her shoulder. 'Oh geez...this is pretty bad.' she thought with a glance at her injured shoulder. The fur around it was matted with blood once more and Viperpaw winced and then mentally berated herself for doing so. 'STOP that! You're not a kit!'

Otterkit padded over to Stormkit's nest and curled up beside her. "Don't worry, Stormkit. I'll be right here." He mewed with a soft purr. "When you're better we'll play games, and I'll show you around, and we'll play with Hollyclaw's kits and have a blast!" he promised her with a grin. He didn't want for her to be afraid here. To him his home was safe enough with the clan and he felt that if it was safe for him, it was certainly safe for her. He wondered where Sephora was though, since she was the first cat he wanted Stormkit to meet.

"Alright Swallowpaw attack us," he instructed and he braced himself for whatever his apprentice planned to throw their way. He hoped this would be productive at least. He wanted his apprentice to learn certain skills such as tag-teams. This would help him hopefully.

Demon wasn't really sure what he was doing as he followed after these clan cats and their prisoner. He was glaring holes into Grinner's head, all the while wondering if Viperpaw was alright. He could barely feel his paw, which wasn't very reassuring at all to the old tom and he huffed in both annoyance and pain. He sure hoped some-cat would be able to help him at least.

Shadowpaw's eyes light up in delight. He hadn't expected that Viperpaw would accept his offer. He pads over to the she-cat quickly. "Here, maybe you can lean on me, or I can carry you on my back. It may be a little difficult walking without a front leg." he mews lightly. It certainly was a wound that shouldn't be given any more stress.

"Just a bit," she answered as she hobbled over and leaned on him using her uninjured shoulder. "No need to carry me," she added feeling slight amusement though it was lost as the stinging in her shoulder increased. "C'mon, let's get over there." She mewed keeping her gaze on the den ahead and trying not to think of the pain. She hated Grinner and his stupid claws. Maybe one day a twoleg would mistake him for a kittypet and take em out. The idea made her feel slightly better.

Shadowpaw smiled slightly, glad he could help. He made sure to walk at Viperpaw's pace, to not pressure her leg. It felt a bit awkward to have a cat leaning on him-it was like carrying himself in a way. Yet, Viperpaw was quite light, and Shadowpaw was thankful for that. The den was only a few tail-lengths ahead, and it already seemed pretty crowded in there. He caught the sweet scent of Songpaw, but intermixed with blood. Worry struck him in an instant. But right now, he had to be focused on Viperpaw. He knew that. "I hope that we never see that Grinner again..." he mutters. "I hope everyone else is okay."

Littlekit looked at Duskblaze and back to Spiritblaze with a sigh "i know him....i dont know how...but he's someone close to me...please let me see him..." she mewed with big eyes

Coalkit ran over "Littlekit...you know big brother doesnt want us to go near him...." he mewed looking at his little sister and then glared at Spiritblaze growling "back away! i dont know who you are but our big brother said for us not to get near you" he growled.

Spiritblaze felt his heart shatter as his son told him that he didnt want to see him, his eyes showed pain and sadness as little hope flickered as he looked at Littlekit.

Swallowpaw sighed and nodded "i dont think its fair but ill try..." he crouched low and studied them, he thought seeing the shecat and how she was off in her little dream land thinking about the cats she was just talking about, he thought she might be easier. The sliver tom dashed forward like a blur and pounced onto the female.

Viperpaw had finally managed to catch up to FrostWing and Shadowpaw by now and was trying her hardest not to fall behind again when they all finally reached camp. Seeing that clan camp was a huge relief to the tortoiseshell and she let out a weak, tired purr. "Let's see if we can get Duskpaw some help," she mewed to Shadowpaw, before hobbling towards the medicine cat's den to find two kits, one she knew to be Otterkit and the other...she'd never seen before. Shaking her head she peered into the den. "Shiverwhisker! Duskpaw needs help!" she called. "He's injured pretty badly...the rogue came and they fought."[/size][/center]
