"Like him?" Icetalon asked, nearly in disbelief. "Just after meeting him? Just like that?" The poor she-cat was in shock.

"He's really nice once you get to know him" Grizzlyheart mumbled.She turned her head to look back at Ashen,and smiled.

Badgerstrike heard what Icetalon,and Grizzlyheart were talking about.He to,was in shock,that his mother had fallen for a rouge.

Icetalon looked over at Badgerstrike. How would he handle this? He was her son! She shook her head slowly. "This... this is crazy, Grizzlyheart." She muttered.

Ashen was alarmed, he didnt know what to say. " Well um she speaks the truth." mewed Ashen already in panic.

Badgerstrike's tail flicked in embarassment.He turned,looking away from Grizzlyheart."Let me guess" he started to speak to Grizzlyheart."My father was a rouge...wasn't he" he asked bitterly.

Grizzlyheart sighed,and her ear's were pinned against the back of her head.She nodded."Yes,you are a half clan,half rouge" She admitted.

Badgerstrike snorted,and looked at Icetalon."I can't even stay here any more" he snapped."I'm going back,to report to Jaystar" he told Icetalon.

" I should get going," mewed Ashen already backing away, and about to run. It was his only way of getting away from the clan before he was hunted down.

Icetalon pressed against Badgerstrike comfortingly, in a friendly way. "Being half-clan isn't bad..." She started quietly. "And I suppose you'd better come back to clan to see what Jaystar wants done with you." Icetalon said.

Badgerstrike mewed a thank you to Icetalon."It's only bad,if your mother turns out to be Grizzlyheart" he spat at,the blue eyed She-Cat.

Grizzlyheart saw Ashen run off."Alright" she whispered quietly.With her tail brushing against the ground,she started to head back to Flightclan camp.

Ashen sighed, he was up in a tree almost within hearing range. He was in a deep thought agruing with himself.
