he looked at the crocodile with a concerned look on his face. his paw was lifted. His head then turned to tide and flower. "you will! I can never trust a tribe cat!" he yelped. He was very confused at how the large creature could speak the language of cats. he gave her a small confused bat on the nose.

She lightly pushed the apprentice knocking him over on accident. She reminded herself that she was physically stronger than these cats and had to be gentle.

Fox smiled proudly at that promise. Maybe he would be able to fight like the others in the clan, who he had always seen through eyes of awe and respect. He would certainly never be able to kill, but to defend his clan? He would be happy to help! Finishing up the herbs he'd been organizing, he bounced excitedly on his paws, "What are you going to teach me?"

Tide nods, calming down, "Waves of sea, please. Just come with us for a while, we can heal your wounds and you can leave whenever you want" Tide directed at Jay. Tide ached to go get a sailor to help. It was almost horrifying to leave an injured cat for him.

"I apologize little one I must remember that I am much stronger than your species", she said apologetically. She used her tail to splash Jay back making sure to contain her strength as not to drench the cat, before she shifted her yellow eyes to Tide studying him.
