Tilting her head, Rainflower meowed softly, "Is the challenge over?" Quailheart certainly seemed injured enough, but perhaps he was unwilling to back down.

Quailheart lifted himself, acting as if he was about to attack Brackenwing, But in an instant, he turned and launched himself at Rainflower, Claws scraping against her flank.

RadiumStar lept down from the tree, and took her blow. She felt Quailfeathers claws rake through her shredded eye, and urged to yowl in pain, yet somehow managed to resist.

"QuailFeather that is enough!", RadiumStar said, not willing to let her feelings get the best of her. "The challenge is over.", she snarled.
"FOR THE NEXT 3 MOONS, QUAILFEATHER WILL NOW BE PROCLAIMED AS QUAILPAW, AS PUNISHMENT FOR LOSING THE CHALLENGE."
She yowled, the slight amount of sorrow only a cat with very delicate ears would be able to sense.

(Btw it did hit Rainflower a lot as well. She took a portion out of the pain though )

Rainflower

Shreiking in pain and shock, Rainflower twisted away, blood oozing from the scratches left by Quailheart. Anger was first on her mind, but instead she backed away, ears flat but making no move to attack in return. "Stand down Quailheart. You have lost. A challenge does not include attacking any other cat, least of all a medicine cat."

Brackenwing leaped to help Rainflower, Gripping Quailheart by his scruff and easily held him down. "This battle was not needed." He growled.

Quailheart snarled. "I can't help if you're a pity of a deputy."

Amurwing glared at Quailheart. "And He can't help if you're going to be an apprentice for the rest of your life." He spat angrily.

Whitefang lashed his brown-tipped tail angrily. "You all need to stop. We're brothers, Kin of a kind, Remember?" He meowed, separating all of them. Not only was he wiser, he was also the oldest.

Suddenly standing up, RadiumStar found a large rock near her. She shook her head, yet climbed it.

"Clan Meeting!", She yowled to the bickering clan.

Quailheart suddenly dropped onto the forest floor to lay down, his eyes looking at the ground angrily.

Brackenwing sat down calmly, Beside Amurwing and Whitefang.

Flamepaw and dawnpaw, sisters, sat down beside eachother to watch.

Rainflower

Slowly sitting down, Rainflower turned to inspect her scratches. Only one was deep, and it wasn't like Quailheart had poisoned claws. Rasping her tongue over the wound, Rainflower pricked her ears as the other cats dealt with Quailheart.
"I will be in the medicine den," she announced, getting to her paws again. "When you are ready, any cat with an injury can see me and I will treat them." She levelled her gaze at Quailheart. "Any cat."
Rainflower turned and made her way to her den, albeit slowly as not to further open the scratches.
Turning as Radiumstar announced a Clan meeting, she sat where she had stood, outside the medicine cat den.

RadiumStar's usual Green eyes had turned blue with a hint of red. She was shredded with Scars and yet she still managed to not even glance at the medicine den.

"First off, Quailheart is now Quailpaw, for losing the battle. Second, from what I have watched and sensed in the tunnels while I was trapped during the chaos, this isn't the end of it all. It will just be the beginning... if we stay on the surface. I have decided that we are moving into the tunnels. When I was trapped there, I fixed up the place already, and I sealed every entrance of water. "

Suddenly smiling though. " Now here is some good news. Our apprentices so far have no mentors, so today, we are getting some. All apprentices, please come up here.", said RadiumStar, halfway expecting Otterpaw to travel onto the high rock.

Otterpaw's blurry starry form traveled onto the highrock, only visable to Rainflower and Radiumstar.

Flamepaw slowly followed her sister up the highrock.

Dawnpaw trotted up calmly.

Quailpaw snarled, blood splattered across his jaws. Following Dawnpaw, he growled.
