Nightfeather looked around them. "Where are the foxes?", he hissed, nervous that the foxes were waiting to ambush them.

Leopardtar hissed as a fox pounced on her.

[Yellow.]

Unable to hear, Springleaf did not know the fox was now on her leader. The apprentice was alive, but passed out.

[Malfeasance]

Nightfeather growled and launched himself at the fox. He slashed down its side leaving angry, bleeding scratches.

[Serenity.]

Leopardstar bit the fox in the pad and ran to Springleaf and stared at her

"She should be okay, can you get her to my den?" She said.

Moonsong saw bright eyes gleaming in the darkness. One of the cubs. Twice my size. " Get on my back, Bluepaw and hold onto my scruff with your teeth."

Springleaf padded behind them as she thought of the herbs she would need.

" Here we go," Moonsong shouted as she ran down the tree branch by branch. The fox bit the back of her tail and she jumped to the ground tumbling to the ground as Bluepaw landed softly. She lay there as the seconds passed.
