Goldenshine's breathing was slow, and her mind was trying to grasp what had happened. Okay...water...lots of it...ugh...thinking...too...hard... Her mind was sluggish, and when she tried to draw in a deep breath, she found herself coughing on water. Where was she?

NightClan

Dovestar padded into camp, her silky gray fur reflecting with the moonlight shining from the night sky. She'd just returned from receiving her nine lives, and felt refreshed as she stepped into camp as a new cat. At first, she was a bit intimidated. What would the Clan think? Would they compare her to their former leader? Would they automatically judge that she wasn't doing as great of a job as the leader before had?

"It did," Dovestar purred. She was about to start blabbing about how she finally was able to see her sister again after all the moons since she died, and how she granted her her ninth life, but quickly snapped her jaws shut. What was she thinking? StarClan forbade her from spilling any of their secrets. "I look forward to leading the Clan in Ravenstar's place, but I know she'll be dearly missed." (I inserted a random leader's name there...hahaha. Actually, Ravenstar used to be my leader in StormClan, but I decided not to keep her.) Then, she pricked her ears. She almost forgot! It was time to appoint a new deputy!
