"G'morning" he said with a small smile, the oppiste to his sister, he liked mornings. He say his grandmother walk out of the elder den. He nodded to Secretpaw before walking over to the fresh kill pile and taking her a wren he had caught.

Sandyclaw

She stepped stiffly out of the elder den. She streched, looking around she could see two of her three adopted kits were out of their den. Well they were'nt kits anymore, full grown warrios. But they would always be her kits. She smiled as her adoptive grandson gave her a wren.

Webpaw

He walked slowly back over to the appretince den, batting a snowflake here and there. He was quite sure he heard a kit mewling somehwere. But it didn't seem to be coming from the nursrey. (he hears Snowkit if thats alright) "Uhh... Secretpaw, you hear that?" he asked, sounding slightly counfused

Suddenly, Lakepaw heard a few soft mews. She padded over to Webpaw and Secretpaw. "Hey," she whispered, "Do you two hear that too?"

[cujo.]

Webpaw

He nodded at Lakepaw/ "The mewing? yeah I heard" he said

[Remaskis]

Lakepaw frowned, and softly meowed, "That's strange. Last I heard, neither of the queens have kits yet."

[cujo.]

Webpaw

He nodded, "Oakrain hasn't had hers yet..., do you think it's a stray kit?"

[-Kaylin-]

Graypaw yawned. Mad. It was obvious she liked him. Why did she care? She didn't. Stopping dead in her tracks she heard a small scuffle. She dropped into he hunters crouch and located the small mammal. A gray squirrel, nibbling on a nut. She watched the squirrels ears perk, and eyes go into alert. She ran like the wind and leaped at an unusually good height. She felt the squirrel go limp after a fierce bite. The body going cold fast. She grinned and buried it.

Later

Graypaw returned to camp with two small mice and a skinny squirrel, dropping them in the fresh kill pile. She sat down, still angry.

Lakepaw nodded. "That, or it's lost," she meowed, "either way, we should find it. A kit shouldn't be alone in this weather, It'll freeze to death, the poor thing."

Honeypaw

She walked over to Graypaw. "You alright?" she asked tilting her head at her.

He nodded, "where do you think it is? I was thinking the lower river near the miniwaterfall leading to the real waterfall..."
