He made a look around "of course, we can train with some other apprentice as well...maybe Whitepaw or Ivypaw? the rest are busy going for patrols it seems" he meowed.

He was hunting very late to the night, and eventually caught a hare, which could last to the morning too. He has buried the hare under some leaves near the den he was sleeping at, making sure the scent could not bring any unwanted visitors to him or steal his prey.

She dipped her head once again as her greeting was returned. She breathed a sigh of relief, Hearing she hadn't missed out on anything re-assured MoonShadow that she hadn't over slept or ended up letting her clan down. She flicked her gaze around the warriors gathered for the patrol. Once WolfChaser walked away to get his apprentice she offered a small smile " It will be nice to see PinePaw joining us, watching the apprentices learn skills is amazing to watch" she said before quickly silencing herself for fear of rambling on.

MoonShadow longed for the day she would have an apprentice, granted, she was still learning everything about the clan herself. They had welcome her with warm arms - er paws? She thought. She lost herself in her own thoughts for a moment, if her family would of found the clan the maybe they would all still be together. Her heart ached for her parents, and her brother.

It was nice to see a warrior coming to check in on them, considering the fact they had no apprentice yet. Not that they hadn't been looking, it just seemed that none of the current kits showed the interest in medicine that they were looking for.

"I was just going to look for some herbs before the cold weather hits. Would you like to join me?"

Reaper awoke early, where the sun was jus peaking over the horizon. He padded out of his tree den, shaking his black coat out. He looked around the cool, foggy graveyard, making sure all was calm before searching for a meal. He soon landed on a plump young rabbit. He crouched low and made his way forward until he pounced, quickly silencing the cry that came from the rabbit. He made his way back to his den, rabbit his his jaws before tucking into his meal.

Phantomstar chuckled softly. "Of course not." He purred as he relaxed into Fogbite's grooming. Soft purrs slowly came from the dark colored tom as he closed his eyes, letting the weight of being leader just roll off his shoulders.

Maplefall smiled kindly at Moonshadow, nodding in agreement. "I do love to watch them learn and grow into the strong warriors they can be. Every cat is special and brings much to the clan." She purred. She nodded, looking over at Diamondstone with a kind smile. "Alright."

Wolfchaser smiled lightly to the eager apprentice. At the question of what patrol, he flicked his tail towards the group gathering. "We'll be joining up with Diamondstone and all of the others, it's a hunting patrol." He started padding towards the patrol, flicking his tail for his apprentice to follow. "Since you're getting closer to a warrior assessment, I think this will be a great opportunity to try things on your own. Just so I can see where you're at and if there's things to work on." He informed the apprentice.

He thought back to when he first started training Pinepaw, how he was able to spend much more time working with him. However, with now raising his kits all on his own, he had to split up his time between his kits and apprentice, which made him feel a bit ashamed. He pulled himself out of his thoughts and looked to the other cats on the patrol. "Hope you didn't have to wait long." He gave a respectful nod to his other clanmates.

The small long-haired dark smoke kit was being awakened for a while now, not getting any more sleep, even if he wanted to. He was bored as the other kits were still sleeping, his ears perked when he saw some movements on Starlingsong's nest, noticing that Icekit and Wolfkit were both awakened now too. He stood up and looked at them "hey, you two? are you awaken enough to play with me?" he meowed, taking a few steps forward and stepping into his white brother's tail "Oops..." he meowed.

Excited by the mention of their assessment, pinepaw hurried over to the rest of the patrol with their mentor, nodding respectfully to the warriors as they reached them.
Following them toward the camp entrance, pinepaw looked over the group in admiration, stretching upward on their paws as they walked, in an attempt to look taller next to the others.

MoonShadow offered a small smile as MapleFall agreed with her statement ; she was thankful for it. Made her feel like her love for watching the apprentices learn and grow was normal. MoonShadow breathed a sigh of relief to herself. Since joining the clan moons ago she had always felt sort of on the outside. Moments like these made her thankful, MoonShadow was finally beginning to feel like part of the clan.

As WolfChaser returned; she flicked her tail “no worries, we weren’t waiting long.” she said with a reassuring flick of her tail. She smiled softly at the other warriors in the patrol. She was excited to join this group. She hasn’t really branched out to make many friends so hopefully this would present an opportunity.

Shaking his head and then with a dry look added, "or even good nights." His tiredness was obvious, along with his own irritation. Frostmask gave a fake chuckle then retorted, "Everyone bothers me Violetgaze, you're not special in that regard. But you can join me if you wish, I'm not doing much." He waved his tail to either side of him, in silent invitation. The frosty tom wouldn't be much of a conversationalist, but he was willing to soak in some socialization, at the cost of making some conversation.

Muttering a soft goodbye, then turned her attention back to her mentor. His response wasn't much of an answer, which she did her best to not let bother her. Giving another huff, the she-cat quickly finished off the rest of her meal before she got to her paws, pushing the leftover bones to the side. "It doesn't really matter, as long as I'm getting the training I need." Daisypaw mewed.

He demanded, turning as Foxflower and Nettlepaw approached. A soft rumble of an acknowledgment as Foxflower and Nettlepaw padded over and gave them both a silent nod in greeting, the tom spoke. "Right, let's go. Winterpaw and Nettlepaw stay close to the rest of us." He intoned as he started towards the entrance of the camp, beckoning for them to follow him with his tail. As he passed through the entrance of the camp he spoke again, glancing back. "There's been a number of strange scents near our border, so I thought a bigger patrol would be... in the clan's best interest." He mewed softly, just in case he added mentally. He may or may not have been trying to scare the apprentices a little. Just in hopes that they would behave.
