Mutation;; Weather- He was injected with a substance that made clouds. It was a painful experience but he was the only one to live through the weather mutation process. He has the ability to evaporate, like becoming invisible, but he reformed somewhere else. kinda like Cheshire cat XD. He can also change shape but this is very rare and will hurt him.
Personality;; He is loyal and will help serve his clan in any way possible, he is sly and clever, he is occasionally very vague but tries to explain things. He is very kind and tricky. He is a hunter because it is easy, considering he can evaporate and appear again right over the mouse and get it.
History;; He was picked out as a pup to be in the experiment because he was strong. He was taken to the lab and was kept there for a few years. they had to do this to prepare him, like feeding him an unnatural food. when they did it he was in extreme pain. It was like dying 1,000 times at once.
