A stinging sensation flooded through Flintfoot's paw, making him wince a little.

Flamestar nodded to Sootcloud(storm?) solemnly and then padded over to Flintfoot. "How's your paw?"

Flintfoot looked at Flamestar. "It's not the greatest, but I'll survive." He purred with amusement.

"Good," she blinked warmly. "We cannot afford to lose another Warrior!"

The tom shrugged. "I'm technically an Elder!" Flintfoot chuckled with a smile.

I sat in the warriors' den, glaring at the sky. Where is Kestrelflame? I muttered to myself, still glaring at the sky. I crawled over to the left corner of the warriors' den, curling up. I miss you, Krestrel. I thought to myself, hoping she will return back to the clan.

She glanced warily over at Pineleap and Flintfoot. "Any sign of Kestrelflame?"

[Willow-way]

Willowleaf woke up groggily. " Wha...... Oh..." She stayed laying down though she didn't feel energized.

Flintfoot's smile quickly faded as he narrowed his eyes. "I don't think I want to know where she is. Clanmate or not, she betrayed me. I won't forgive her." He growled before in sheathing his long claws to dig into the dirt.

"S-sorry." She murmured. She looked around camp sadly. "Every night I hope the clan will have brighter days."
