The medicine cat apprentice looked around the woods, the sun was just beginning to rise, so he decided to head back to camp.

The young warrior yawned in her sleep, and her eyes fluttered open. She stood up tiredly and walked outside.

Mudpelt / Medicine Cat / Location: Medicine Cat Den /

Mudpelt was dozing off in his nest, flicking his ears as warm sunlight shined down onto his pelt. He gave an annoyed grunt as the light lengthen, shining onto his body fully. He slowly opened one icy blue eye and scanned around the medicine cat den, the sharp scent of herbs clogging his nostrils. With a heave, he sat up and shook his pelt from moss, stretching his sore legs and yawning. Hearing his leader's announcement, he mumbled with annoyance and pushed himself out of the den, looking out into the clearing.

Mudpelt gave his pelt some brisk licks and watched as Moonstar beckoned the young cat forward. It was good seeing more cats being made into apprentices. The medicine cat watched.
