((Hello! I just won the Swedish Blueberry dragon and I'm really excited to start roleplaying. Would a blueberry bush belong in the garden or the forest?
➳ Tio and Vio wanna wish you a happy Valentines Day!
((Con'grats on your win!! She is a cutie! Personally I think it would be fine either way really. But that is my opinion :3 I think Maeflower left it open so we can choose how things are set up. ))
{{Thanks, guys! I guess I'll go with the garden, since that seems to be where the majority of dragons are.
Hermione; Swedish Blueberry Dragon
As the truck jostled and bumped its way along a somewhat-in her opinion-lazily-gravelled gravel road, Hermione couldn't help but feel a little put off. The night before she had been calmly asleep in her blueberry bush, dreaming of a rather handsome dandelion dragon, when all of a sudden her home had been violently shaken from the earth, it's poor roots searching vainly for somewhere to take hold. She herself had been knocked unconscious, as the bump on her head would confirm, by one of the sturdier branches of the plant, and had lay in pain, helpless to defend her home from the plundering humans. The next thing the poor dragon knew, she had woken up in a dark, rumbling cave, her precious plant inside an uncomfortabley small clay pot. Where was she going, and what would be there? Was she going to be picked or forever potted or displayed? Hopefully not in this horrid excuse for a pot. Absentmindedly she rubbed a clawed forefoot over it; the rough surface was just the kind to scratch the roots and prolong the ripening of her abused blueberries.
Fortunately, the torturous ride did not last much longer. Heaving a dramatic sigh of relief as the vehicle came to a jolting halt, Hermione burrowed down inside her bush and watched the sweaty, harry-knuckled hands of a male human come dangerously close to touching her blueberries. Ew. Roughly, he deposited the pot, bush, and dragon on the gravel driveway, which was the culmination of the gravel road, shut his van, and left. He probably had other forest foliage to manhandle, she thought with a put-upon huff. Hermione coughed in the exhaust from his delivery vehicle and waited expectantly for the owner of the garden in front of her to collect the pot. The stupid human had deposited the pot just shy of the cool black shadow cast by the front porch of the house, and she wouldn't tolerate such ill-treatment.
As the shadows grew slightly longer, but stayed tantalizingly far from her pot, Hermione groaned inwardly and considered the scenario before her. It was possible the gardener-human wasn't at the human-house right now, or had simply not heard the call of the delivery human. In that case, she would probably be waiting a while. Even though it was later in the day, the sun had not ceased its assaulting of her leaves. They looked positively wilted in the heat. Maybe a kind dragon would lend her a hand and help to push the pot into the shade? Or maybe just bring her a few drops of water? But, that would be a terrible first impression, to be asking for help from strangers. They'd probably think she was weak. It wasn't that, not at all! Her new pot was just so heavy, and she was so dehydrated from the long ride away from the forest. To be stubborn and uncomfortable, or awkward but rid if thirst? The latter was seeming more and more appealing.
"Hello?" she called in the direction of the garden. The buzz of contented honey bees answered her. Surely she was not the only dragon here in this strange new place. "Could someone help me? My leaves are wilting but the pot is too heavy for me to push."

((I just won the Coltsfoot dragon- squee! Sorry, *composes self*- anyway, can I have a summary of what's going on, and where a Coltsfoot dragon would have a home on the farm?))
((I be happy to give you a run down of what's been happening in the garden! its spring and been very dry, most of the dragons are out and about worrying over the lack of water. there are a couple new dragons to the farm as well. a few dragons are chatting and a few are open to reply to. as for where abouts in the farm I am unsure ^ ^;))
Marcus remembered a deep cold, but not a concerning freeze. More of a chill to him really. Then, he felt as if he didn't need the cold anymore. Suddenly, he just sat up. That's it, no challenge, no limit. Just, stand up. And he was knocked over by the light.
It was bright, warm, colorful, everything but where he just was. Marcus looked around him, as his tiny eyes adjusted. He was sitting among the roots of a plant that matched the flowers on his tail. coltsfoot, he realized immediately. my coltsfoot. curious, he crawled out of the dirt. He remembered going to sleep, protecting his coltsfoot too, but not the layout of the forest. The air was brisk, but refreshingly so. It ruffled his wings a little, tugging them open.
Happy to oblige, he lept up, and took flight- after covering up the hole he had crawled out of. Once the ground was patted into place, he set sail, fluttering around like a newly thawed leftover autumn leaf. He heard a faint whisper, that grew louder.
Turning his tail, he twisted and glided to the source. Marcus realized it was a cry for help- "could someone help me? My leaves are wilting, but the pot is too heavy for me to push.". He flew closer, looking at the peculiar scene.
"Greetings, Madame. You said you needed help?" He asked, with formal intent, settling on the ground near the distressed dragon.

She happily sang to herself in French. She had learned the language before moving to the farmland. "Alouette, gentille Alouette|Alouette je te plumerai|Alouette, gentille Alouette|Alouette je te plumerai|Je te plumerai le cou|Je te plumerai le cou|Et le cou, et le cou|Alouette, Alouette"She sang happily. She was in her kitchen making tea with some of the tea leaves she found earlier on her walk. She took a long breath and savored the smell of tea. She practically floated towards the geast room. She fixed the Petals that made up the guest bed and found herself in her drawing room seconds later. She looked down at the sketch that she had started on earlier. As she looked around the darkened room, she had an idea. She ran over to a shelf and grabbed a few of her glass shards and rushed back over to her desk. She moved everything from her desk to a shelf. She dug at the dirt wall a bit higher than her desk until she saw light. She copied the glass's shape into the dirt and placed the glass in it. She smiled and headed on to do this in her living and dining room. She also decided to do this in her kitchen. She smiled hapily as she wandered through her house towards the first guest room. She started on the window. Suddenly, she stopped rembering her tea. She raced into the kitchen just in time to pour the tea into one of her glass cups and drink it.
(The Tea kettle and the cup are both just round bowl-like peices of glass. Also, I'm new and I hope to be active. =D )

The snow glows white on the mountain tonight Not a footprint to be seen A kingdom of isolation and it looks like I'm the Queen The wind is howling like the swirling storm inside Couldn’t keep it in, heaven knows I tried Don’t let them in, don’t let them see Be the good girl you always had to be Conceal, don’t feel Don’t let them know Well, now they know

One, two, three and four The devil's knocking at your door Caught in the eye of a dead man's lie Show your life with your head held high Now you're on your knees With your head held low the big man tells you where to go Tell him it's good Tell him okay Don't do a damn thing they say
Hanes nose barely pop out of her bush, she is taking a nice nap next to the forest in her bush. She was laying down and had her wings cover her face to keep the sun out of her eyes.
