Yara nodded, placing Luke down on the ground once they had gotten to a suitable clearing. "Alright. Show me your battle stance. How you stand is really important."

"Um...Okay?" Luke stood sort of half sideways, not really knowing what Yara meant...

Yara smirked at him, laughing quietly. "No silly. Like this." He forced himself up and into a fighting position. "If you were my opponant, I personally would have a position much like this..." He squared his shoulders, making himself as low as possible while retaining movement. "If your opponent is smaller than you, then protect your belly, and keep you head low to cover your throat. If smaller, they will probably be faster, so use your strength against them."

Luke nodded and got in to the same position as Yara as quickly as he could. "What if they're bigger than you, then? Nobody's smaller than me..."

Yara smirked at him, moving himself into another position. "Hopefully it'll be a while before you have to actually use this but... When fighting a larger opponent, keep back, keep on your toes and block their attacks. Unless you are in single combat with an honorable opponent, fight dirty. Kick dust into their ears, pull them back by the ear, throw something at them. If you need to do it to survive, then do it." He bared his fangs, squared his shoulders and basically got himself into the position to fight a smaller opponent. "Come on, attack me. Then I'll teach you some moves."

Chako smiled at the fighting practice. She needed to teach Maine and Josie some moves.

Luke nodded, but didn't go straight for Yara. He tried to find a point he had an advantage to...Then he had an idea. He ran as fast as he could towards Yara, quickly turned and ran through his back legs because he was still small enough, and quickly nipped his father's neck so he wouldn't hurt him. "Was that good?" He asked, wagging his tail happily.

"HELP!" screamed a tiny brown pup. He was panting, chased by the vicious beast. He had a bleeding wound across his chest. The beast ran on two legs at times, all fours on others. It was something that would haunt your dreams forever. Blood dripped like saliva from his mouth. The pup was going to die.
