Flamepaw let out a soft sigh as Rabbitpaw mentioned the silver-furred apprentice, and he nodded slowly at the question. "Uh, yeah.. what do you think about him?" Flamepaw meowed; trying to be nonchalant, but not doing a good job. He felt anxious when he thought about the new apprentice, and he didn't want to feel it anymore. He needed to know why this cat made him feel the way he did, but he didn't know how long it would take to figure out.

"O-Okay. Please don't tell him though." Rabbitpaw meowed before he looked around nervously and leaned in. "I uh, I may have a liking for Echo. As I said please don't tell him I beg you!" He meowed to the two cats before leaning back out and looked away, face flushed in red. He let out a sign and mumbled, "He reminds me of a cat who I liked when I was a kit. That's cat, he was a great cat and acted almost exactly liked Echo. I grew close to him and now that Echo reminds me of him, I just can't help loving him."

Foxpaw Thornclan
Foxpaw looked at Flamepaw confused and was about to answer when Rabbitpaw came over. She stared at the red faced male with a blank expression, not sure how to react to his confession. She blinked a few times. It was weird to her for a male to like another male, but she believed love was love. No matter what gender, size, breed, or age.

Flamepaw let out a shocked gasp when he heard what Rabbitpaw had said, and he couldn't help but feel a little uncomfortable at the comment. "Uh.. that's cool, I guess?" Flamepaw meowed in a shocked tone, his eyes wide as he thought about Rabbitpaw and Echo together. "B-But.. don't you know he'll be the new medicine cat apprentice?" Flamepaw meowed in a confused manor, his head tilted as he looked at the tom infront of him. Flamepaw looked to Foxpaw for some reassurance, but only saw the same confusion reflected in her eyes.

"Yes I know that, sadly. The reason why I can't fall in love because they either die or its forbidden." Rabbitpaw whimpered before looking to the side ashamed. Why must he fall in love so easily with cats?

Flamepaw blinked softly at the tom, giving him a patient smile before turning away from his clan-mates. "Right- uh, anyway.." Flamepaw shrugged, not really wanting to talk about Echo any longer. "Have you guys talked to anyone new?" He meowed with wide eyes, looking around the large clearing once more, and seeing that some cats were getting ready to head back to camp.

Foxpaw was a little thankful that Flamepaw changed the subject. She smiled dreamily at his question. "Yeah..I did." she purred. "His name was Lavapool. Such an amazing male. A warrior too. Very respectable and definitely someone I'm going to look up to. He was funny and very nice too." she said like some kind of fangirl. Foxpaw didn't like the warrior in the way she liked Eaglepaw but she liked Lavapool like a friend.

"Well hey, to catch the squirrel you gotta think like a squirrel! And the best way to do that is to act like one too!" The golden tom laughed, enjoying his time around Leafheart. He kinda wished she were in his own clan- if she had been they might have been good friends. Alas, they were not, and after tonight the clan rivalry would stop their friendship.

Emberflight puffed his chest proudly when Reedstar told the other cats about his appointment to deputy. He listened to the other leaders carefully, once again noting the cat who had turned on his clan.

The older warrior had not been pleased to leave the situation alone, but upon the start of the leaders speaking she grudgingly dropped the subject and went to listen instead.

Faithstar looked up at the sky, noticing that the moon was beginning to fall and a wisp of a cloud was covering a bit of it. "StarClan wants us to leave," she announced, looking down at the cats that were still in deep conversation. "HopeClan will be taking it's departure, now. Again, I apologize for our late arrival." With that, the leader leaped off of the high place that the leaders stood atop of, and signaled with her tail for her clan to follow.

Larkwillow's eyes lit up in surprise when it was time to leave. "But it seems like we just got here!" she exclaimed to Antclaw, sighing. She reluctantly began to follow their leader, a bit disappointed that she didn't get to talk to cats from the other clans.
