Eaglestar watched Loudpaw, concerned and sympathetic. At the sound of the warrior's question, the leader looked back at Mistsplash. "Yes, of course." she replied, nodding. "It is important to remember the past. And the cats we've lost." She blinked, her eyes shining. "But you're right. We also have to be able to move forwards. And as one clan, working together, we can do that." she'd said this before, when convincing the survivors to band together. They hadn't liked the idea at first. Many still didn't. But they could see that it was necessary. "StarClan sent the sign that brought us together, that sunlight, for a reason." The fire had been terrible. But perhaps some good could come of it. The three clans, at peace. Working together as one. Eaglestar hoped it would last.

Lightpaw followed the medicine cat into the grass. She wished she wasn't so short--no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't quite see over the top of the tall grasses. That didn't mean she had to be blind, though. See with your ears and your nose, her mentor had always told her. She tried to follow his advice. She wasn't hunting, and she had no idea what the herbs they were looking for smelled like. But at least she'd be able to tell if anything was coming their way. Were there foxes and badgers all the way out here? Or did they stick to the forests?

Mintsplash sighs and curls her tail around her paws. She then looks at the ground, ears still pricked, but eyes clouded in grief.

Stonkit smiled and was fully fed soon. He drifted to sleep as be finished drinking holliclaws milk

Holliclaw woke up findinh another kit, she didnt mind though. She smiled at them as they slept she stood up and walked to the opening of the medicine cat den; she smelles the air and gave a sigh she looked around hopinv for someone to talk to.

Redfern walked over to welcome her ro sunclan.

"There's no badgers or foxes here Lightpaw." Appleleaf smiled at the apprentice's ears flicking between sounds and her trying to see for danger above the tall grass. "Just gotta watch out for the eagles. You'll hear their awful screech before you see them." She warned the apprentice, remembering her close encounter with the eagle yesterday. "Now, I found some herbs here yesterday..." Appleleaf trailed off as she began hunting for some more of that borage.

Lightpaw stared at Appleleaf. Medicine cats couldn't read minds, could they? No, of course they couldn't. That was ridiculous. She flicked her ears, looking up at the sky as Appleleaf warned her about eagles. "What do the herbs you need look like?" she asked, looking down to examine the unfamiliar plants scattered among the grass.

Lightpaw nodded, crouching low to examine the plants at her paws. None had the flowers Appleleaf had mentioned, so she continued looking, slinking forwards in a crouch as if she was hunting. She pushed through a clump of grass, spotting something colourful. She tilted her head, leaning forwards to get a closer look. It as a small cluster of bright yellow flowers with spiky-looking leaves. She waved her tail in the air. Lightpaw turned around, holding back the grass to show the medicine cat what she'd found. "Is this marigold, Appleleaf?" she asked.

Holliclaw saw a Tom snoozing she walked over to him her eyes sparkled he is handsome she thought but she still missed her mate... "hello I'm holliclaw "she meowed delightfully but she still kept a close eye on the medicine cat den where her kits where resting.
