Brindlestripe flinched as she lied her head on his shoulder then he purrs lightly and nodded. "We'll yes I guess you are right." He said softly as he blinked then closed his eyes shut.

Tunaspirit looked at the stream before she left his shoulder "so what were doing out here?" she asked looking at him.

Frostwing looked around the area carefully, still stunned and shocked about what was happening and what had happened only moments before. This was complete chaos and it just had to happen while she was leading a patrol. Enough of that now, Duskpaw needs help. She thought, looking around for his small body. After squinting, she was able to make out his knocked out form. StarClan send me your prayers.. With that, the white feline leapt into the fight and dodged the battling cats, bending down and grabbing Duskpaw's scruff. She picked him up and quickly dashed away from where the others were so she wouldn't injure them both. Frostwing's body was not built for carrying things, but she'd do it if needed.

Pebblerun let out a little growl of relief. She could finally turn and fight. She dropped to the ground and did a little roll to land on her back. In her mind, she figured now she could attack Grinner. However, in rolling onto her back, the deputy found herself uncomfortably close to Grinner's flaying front paws.

Shadowpaw was glad to find that Duskpaw and Frostwing had gotten away safely. Now, it was his and Viperpaw's turn. All of this happened in a heartbeat! Hopefully we can get away in the same amount of time. Hopefully Grinner won't see us. Or, more like me. I have to guard Viperpaw from any harm. He nudges the tortoiseshell feline softly, but urgently.

Foxstride trotted back over to the tabby, grinning, "I have the thyme and I am ready to go get the Ragweed and Honey." Foxstride sat down, pleased with herself. "Are you ready to go, pet?" she asked cocking her head, her nose twitching as a breeze blew by. Wait.. she smelled at least 4 cats, 2 were injured..? One smelled like.. Grinner! Foxstride quickly stood and pointed her head in the direction of the smell, her ears swiveling to catch any sounds.

"No. That was when you tried to show him you're "Backwards slash" which didn't really work." He turned back to his apprentice and nodded. "Now then, back to the topic at paw. When you're fighting with a partner it's best to stay focused," he mewed reciting the words he'd remembered clearly from his former mentor. And they'd surely helped him out in the end. "Now try to attack us," He mewed.

Brindlestripe chuckled as he looked at her, his green eyes glowing. "I can answer a lot of stuff, but that question I cannot." he said with a chuckle as he stood to his paws and glances at her. " What do you want to do?" He asked.

Cherryleaf made her way out of the nursery, letting Ginerpaw rest in the medicine cat den. She shook out her pale white and ginger pelt softly, her golden eyes tired with worry that hera pprentice would recover. She did just need rest. She sat down and licked at her fluffed fur softly.

Redpaw dipped her head, feeling the disappointment radiating off her mentor. "Of course" She hurried over to the medicine cat den to find out if anyone was inside and trotted over to where she smelt Shiverwhisker. "Shiverwhisker we need help, Echostep's hurt" She told him when she got his attention.
