Swiftshadow was just outside the camp entrance when the the typhoon came. The black tom never once showed fear until now. He stood there frozen for a moment before quickly heading to the nearest tree. High ground would help. If the tree was up rooted he would at least have something to hold onto instead of being dragged under the water.

The light colored she-cat was out of camp when the typhoon hit, but still got hit with it. She slipped under the water a few times before finally catching herself on a log. There she clung on for dear life, waiting the typhoon out.

The pair watched as Fernkit returned to Shadefern, glad to see the kit making it to the young tom safely. Firepaw let out a yawn, waiting to see what the damage was. Icepaw had curled up in a small ball around his sister, keeping them both warm.

Taking notice of the medicine cat and the medicine cat apprentice Fadedshadow looked over at Silverclaw. "Maybe you should get your cuts looked at... Don't want them getting infected." she meowed. Although trying to cope with the lose of her brother Sparrowflight, the young she-cat was worried about her friend as well.

Once they were high enough up Gingerleaf stopped with the others, her mouth open to suck in much-needed air while she glances around the gathered cats. She can see now that a good number are missing and she can only hope that it's because they found high ground somewhere else.

At Fadedshadow's suggestion, he glanced down to the cuts, the blood having dried around them now and the bleeding stopped but she was still probably right. "I'll get one of them when they are done with the others it won't take them to long to do but some of the other's got hurt a lot worse." He replied with a shrug not wanting her to worry about something as minor as the nicks on his paws,
but if it kept her mind off of things then he didn't mind much.

Weaselfang looked to Ravensong. "Yes, I agree, I was thinking that too but I'm glad you voiced in." Weaselfang said to the tom and Whitefang who also agreed. They all seemed to have the same idea but now here came Marbledream, wide-eyed and limp-pawed. Before he could speak the ever-so irritating Tideclaw came barging up with no business other than to draw attention and Weaselfang felt a deep annoyance imbed in the patience of him. He refrained himself, biting his tongue from saying 'this doesn't concern you' and instead clearing his mind. "Tideclaw, that's enough." He said instead, rather sharply too. The tom had already turned and was going to pad off. He now looked to Marbledream. The cat wanted to help desperately but she needed to stay here. He particularly didn't want to leave because he wanted to help Mintstar, was she okay in her current condition? He glanced worryingly before returning to the black and white she-cat. "I'm sorry, you need to stay here. Set an example for Cloudkit that you can't always be everywhere all the time and sometimes it's better to rest than strain yourself thin." Weaselfang mewed to the she-cat, picking his words. "You're doing rather well right now, you can help the medicine cat. I'm sure she's running thin on herbs or might need you to press cobwebs on a cat. I promised you I'd go hunting but right now it's not possible." The tom said. Looking to Whitefang who would be leading them off on their hunting party.

Broken couldn't help but laugh. "Alright then, but we can't be friends until I know your name!" she replied, following the bouncy kit with her head.

Tideclaw shot an icy glare back at the deputy. "I didn't ask for your opinion," he responded in a low growl, unable to be heard unless you were listening for it. He padded back over to Broken and Cloudkit, trying to force his anger down. Her leg is broken and I just told her the exact same thing, the tom thought sourly.

Stoneheart left the other cats and walked right to the water. It was quickly receding but he knew that the waters in the forest would stay muddy and salty for a long time. Knowing that not many would notice his disappearance, he leaped onto a fallen tree and started his trek into the watery forest. He tried to look for any lost clanmates as he went.

Tideclaw caught the flash of Marbledream's glare and he turned away, not feeling that he should feel bad for trying to help. When Broken addressed him, he snapped to attention. "I'm Tideclaw," he answered. He flicked his tail over Cloudkit's ears and acted like nothing happened, waiting to see the kit's reaction.

mintstar looked at the blind kit, feeling dizzy. stay strong. be like a tree and stand strong, not falling. she didn't want anyone to worry about her, even paleheart. she knew the medicine cat would make her be treated first, but her clan-mates should be treated before her. she had more lives than them, after all. she wasn't hurt, starclan made sure of that. she was just tired, from walking back and forth all day. running to save clan-mates. she took the kit to paleheart and gently placed her down beside paleheart before padding away. she went to the far side of the hill by some bushes and sat down, her tail over her paws.

Amunet and his family had been eating inside their den when the Typhoon had hit. In the end it had knocked all but Falcon out, though he did not escape injury, and the entrance of their den had collapsed on them. Thankfully their den was long enough and wide enough for all of them. Amunet was the first to wake in the den, he was seeing doubles but looked up and saw that there was indeed a way out of the den, he they would need help. He frowned, before looking around and noticing that Falcon was already awake. "When did you wake?"

The toms tail was currently stuck under a nicely sized rock that blocked the entrance, and he was bleeding from his left hip. He was scowling while he waited for his siblings to wake. Thankfully it wasn't long before the youngest; Amunet awoke. He stayed quiet and watched as his brother assessed the situation. When Amunet finally noticed him, he half-heartedly hissed," This morning." His brother gave him a look, causing him to add," Unlike the rest of you, I wasn't knocked out."
