Glacialfrost nodded. "Yes, it does hurt, quite a bit." She lifted her paw, and flipped it over to show the angry red swollen skin just below her claw, wincing as she extended it to show the medicine cat.

Jaggedfang studied the claw, " It looks like it just needs to be taken easy and I can give you some pain relievers. But you shouldn't use it or that could cause it not to heal so I recommend no patrols or anything like that for a few days, okay?" He asked as he looked at her with concerned eyes.

Glacialfrost seemed to droop a little at this. "No.. No patrols? I'll go crazy!" she play-griped, but sighed. "Yes, Jaggedfang. I'll be good." she swished her tail good-naturedly.

Jagged fang chuckled a bit, " I've survived many moons without being on patrols and I still survive so I think you can survive a few days.. You should tell Mousefoot that you can't go on patrols after I'm done with you." He said. The young medicine cat had hissed Mousefoot's name and he padded over to get some poppy seeds and he came back and set them at her paws.

Description:
Cougarspring is a very vocal shecat, always giving her opinion. She's got a fiery temper, but is a very good medicine cat. She is very sympathetic to injured cats, often giving up sleep and prey to make sure that her patients are alright. She's a 24/7 medicine cat, and believes wholly in the medicine cat code and warrior code, meaning she is never going to take a mate. (Or will she? Might, later on down the road, to add some drama if needed.) One thing, though. She was trained in the Dark Forest, because they believed she would be something great. She was once a warrior apprentice, but after the death of her mother, she realized blood sickened her. She does not confer with starclan, but with the Dark Forest. She will do anything to protect her clan, but won't help any others unless ordered by her clan leader. Her sister is Elkflash.

Her sister, Cougarspring, is the medicine cat. she is very warm and accepting, and believes firmly in starclan. She adores her sister, thinking her to be the best medicine cat ever.

She's a short, well built shecat. Her parents fought bravely together against the dark forest, and she was born after, many many moons. She was an only kit, and her mother died during childbirth. Her father named her otterkit in honour of her mother, Otternose.

Jaggedfang padded to the back of the den where Vixentuft was." Aye, Tuft, what's up with all the Cryin' and plead in'?" He asked.

Vixen tuft turned her head, " Ummm. There's a new prophecy- beware the bite of the mouse so meek and humble. Look up to the stars- something like that. The mouse represents Mousefoot and stars are StarClan which I believe means we need to look up to them to defeat Mousefoot and his bloodthirsty plans." She said flattening her ears.


Jagged fang nodded, " Makes sense. We will not speak of this with Mousefoot then. You may go now." He said licking her cheek.

Vixentuft licked his cheek back and left, " Thanks." She called over her shoulder.
