Snowstripe frowned, realizing that Sandstar had a point. "I'm sure there's a reason." He meowed, but couldn't find it in himself to believe it. "And even if there isn't, it's out of our hands how she cares for her kits. We can just hope she does it right."

"She'd better, or I'll be the one mothering them." Sandstar growled, her tail flicking.

Petalflower sees Maplekit sleeping and sees Lunarwing. "What happened?" she asked, sensing some uneasiness within the she-cat.

(Animals, I thought I'd let you know that Lunarwing isn't actually in camp anymore, so you'll have to wait until she's back. And Maplekit is playing with Frostkit.)

Snowstripe nodded, slightly surprised by the she-cat's response. His ears stood erect as he watched Lunarwig ask Goldstripe to watch the kits while she went to train Greypaw. "On second thought, it seems your Deputy has you covered." He said, realizing that Lunarwing had seemed to be the one taking care of Maplekit recently. As she passed out of camp with Greypaw, Snowstripe wondered something. "On a completely different topic, has Greypaw got a replacement mentor while Lunarwing is a Queen?" He asked, seeing that the she-cat had just went to train him herself, even with her–and possibly a few of Petalflower's–kits to care for. Snowstripe certainly felt that Sandstar had it worse, but he didn't think he could take on that many cats at once even if he had trained his whole life for it. The two she-cats impressed him, Sandstar and Lunarwing, taking on so much at once.

Sandstar shook her head. Among all that had haopened she hasn't though of it. "I haven't actually. That'll need some thinking..." she paused, wondering which cat would be available for a temporary mentor.

Petalflower sees her kits playing with other kits. "Having fun kits?" she asked them with a proud smile on her face.

Snowstripe glanced around, but he had no idea who might be available. "I would try to help, but I really have no idea what's happening with the Warriors as of late, or any of the clan, for that matter." He sighed. "I really do hope it calms down around here soon." Even the white tabby was tired of it, and he was hardly having a busy time. Other than those loners that had come in, he hadn't had to deal with many injuries, and the clan was rather healthy this season, and there were lots of kits. Generally, that meant celebration, but it seemed there wasn't enough time for even that.

Thistlekit stretched his paws and glanced sideways at Petalflower, surprised the queen was actually awake. Quickly, he leapt over to Maplekit and Frostkit "Hey" he meowed, his voice nonchalant as he stepped closer.

(I want him to be an apprentice soooo bad >.< haha)
