Lunarwing smiled softly as Maplekit laid down beside her, but she was still missing Thistlekit. She could tell he was ambitious, something she never really had been as a kit, or apprentice. She lifted her head, about to ask him how he was and if he wanted to talk, but saw Frostkit pad over an decided to leave them alone. Maybe he'd feel better talking to another kit, as Lunarwing was probably a bit harsh about the snake in his eyes. When she heard Frostkit ask about a hawk her neck fur rose a bit, but she remember that she was only asking, and there was no danger of a hawk right now, so her precious kit was safe.

Snowstripe watched the two kittens pad into the nursery, looking rather dejected. He would too, probably, if he were in their situation. He glanced over at Sandstar, and padded over. Things just seemed to keep getting more stressful for the poor she-cat. He placed his tail on her shoulder for a quick second, then took it off. "I'm sure things will get better, this chaos can't go on forever."

(Hey animals, actually none of your kits are there. Maplekit and Thsitlekit wandered out on their own and killed a snake. Sandstar and Lunarwing are angry with them, and Lunarwing has already talked to them, but Petalflower has not talked to Maplekit. And Maplekit it sleeping with Lunarwing right now, she's feeling a little rejected. <-- A small Recap of what you've missed.)

(She feels rejected because of everything that happened with the snake, and because she believes that Petalflower doesn't care much about her.)

(I'm sure that if Maplekit knew what was happening OOC, she'd be fine, but she can't, so. Maplekit is in the nursery right now.)

Sandstar sighed, the anger fading from her eyes. "Unlikely, it seems. You know, I'm not mad at the kits. I'm a bit frustrated with their mothers, and the kit's safety. But there's nothing I can do about that

Snowstripe nodded. "I see why. Lunarwing is obviously a first time mother, so I see where the mistake came from." He meowed. "But she obviously cares deeply for her kits."

"But what about Petalflower? I doubt she even knows that her kit was gone." The leader shook her head.
