Rako smiled again, his rear end wagging with excitement. <Oh yes please! Help my mother!> He flicked his ears forwards, his posture returning to his normal relaxed self.

Shade swung his head from left to right, snarling. He had lost most of his sanity, and was now stuck like this until the demon was removed. Even then, he would still be injured in the heart and soul. It was a sad fate indeed, for such a noble wolf.

Yara slashed at Merr's throat, sinking his fangs into his little brother's front leg. His body shook aggressively, the demon was ripping him up from the inside, and he was slowly gaining himself back. But he was slipping fast.

Merr yelped as Yara's claws connected with his throat. It snapped him out of his demon state, his senses returning to normal. "Come on Jaista... Lets go." He grabbed his, now unconscious, brother by the scruff and swam back to the shore. "Idiot... What were you thinking..." He cuffed Yara aroung the face, sighing.

Shade lout out a murderous howl, his voice filled with anguish and pain.

"Shade?" Came a voice from behind Shade. It was Yuki! She was back again. "What are you doing?"

Ink didn't realize that Merr and Yara had gone back to the shore. He kept on swimming forwards, finding it very difficult with his missing back leg. "Yara! Merr! Where are you?" He shouted.

Merr rolled his eyes and jumped back, swimming to Ink. "This way... Come on..." He started coughing up blood, growling at himself. Why had he not seen Yara's attack coming... "Hold on..." He grabbed Ink and dragged him back to shore, snarling in pain.

The catsink demon turned to Yuki, "You can't reach him! Only I can make him do things, and I rather not."

Karrie nodded, and sat by Dark.

Willow was weary of the human, but remembered she had helped in the past. She let her at Chako.

"W-Why are you snarling? What's wrong?" Ink whined, tilting his head in confusion. "Are you hurt?"

Merr shook his head, although he knew Ink couldn't see him. "Just a scratch, don't worry." He fell to the ground, coughing up more blood as he went. His head was now resting by Yara's unconscious body. Just like the old times...
