"GET AWAY!" The human was just about to stab Rako in the head when InkJR suddenly shout out from behind a bush. "Rako, look out!" The knife went straight in to the side of his head and through his skull, right in to his brain. He fell down to the ground with a loud thud and a gasp, but it didn't finish him off. The pup's eyes started to glow a very dark red, and a red line of fur raised along his back. He snarled visciously and stood up with the knife still deep in his head, baring his sharp fangs.
The human grabbed a gun and shot InkJR in the chest, but he didn't even flinch. It was like Ink had a demon like Yara. Maybe it was some sort of connection with Yara?

Another hunter had found Dark's body and dragged it near Chako's den, not noticing Willow and Chako. It stuck a knife in to Dark's back leg and lifted the fur up as it started to skin him. "I'll make a lot out of this one!" The hunter laughed cruelly.

Yara's own eyes, at exactly the same time as Ink's, went a blood red, his fur changing to a red, but on the back of his legs not his back. He let out a snarl, blood dripping from the side of his head where the knife was in Ink's head. They were connected somehow...

"Rako, stay back. Stay WELL back. I won't be able to control myself..." InkJR growled to Rako, but not looking at him.

Rako stepped back, but stayed nearby. His body shaking with a snarl.

Shade grabbed the hunter's leg and shook. "You killed Yuki!" he yelled, pressing down until he felt bone crack. His eyes and fur became blacker than black, and he grew extra tails.

Karrie heard a dragging noise and followed the hunter. She growled when she saw what he was doing. "GET AWAY FROM HIM!" she snarled, leaping at the hunter. She began to tear viciously at the back of his neck and face.

Willow jumped at the sound of the hunter, but focused on Chako. "What are your symptoms?"

The hunter screamed and ran away from Karrie, leaving the knife behind on the ground...

InkJR lunged for the human, but suddenly Chiyo, Bullet and Luke came in to the scene, and he accidentally bit Chiyo hard and shook him, not realizing what he was doing. If he somehow survived having the knife taken out, he would suffer major brain damage and be like this for the rest of his life, unless maybe a human helped...

Yara turned his head to look at the water. He felt as if he had no limitations... Maybe he didn't? Or maybe he just felt like it? Nonetheless, he used the rage InkJr had sent him into to leap into the water and swim faster than he had ever done before. He was probably using up InkJr's energy to get back, but he wasn't thinking properly at the moment...

Merr collided with his brother in the water, a smile on his face. Although it faded almost immediately as Yara started to attack him. "Yara?" He growled and bit his brother on the ear, baring his fangs. The two could probably be seen from the shore if you knew what you were looking for.

Shade chased after the human, crashing through the bracken.

"I can't shee or thalk. Everytingsh fuzzy."

The adult Ink could hear Yara and Merr in the sea as he had better hearing than anyone else in the pack. I won't just sit here forever. He followed the smell of the water until he was swimming in it, then the only thing he could do was listen for Yara and Merr...
