Pansyleaf was beginning to get frustrated. All talkand no action. Just like Starclan, she thought wryly. "Shouldn't someone lead a patrol to find Flintpaw?" she asked the group. "I can stay behind with the apprentices.

He looked at Pansyleaf curiously. "Well, if we really want to find the guy, maybe you should join the patrol then. I can come with you and someone can stay back with the rest, just in case something happens."

Poppykit bounded out of the nursery, curious to what was happening. 'What's going on?' She asked curiously, eyes bright with interest.

Pansyleaf thought about Orangepelt's offer for a moment. On one paw, she was a decent tracker. On the other, what if Orangepelt was... But that wouldn't happen as it was too suspicious. Her mind was made up. "Alright," she said with a nod. "Littlepaw, stay with the apprentices and kits. If anything happens..." She paused for a moment. Even if it wasn't Orangepelt, accidents happened. "Go to the Moonstone as soon as possible. I'm ready to go," she said to Orangepelt.

The she-cat's pale green eyes grew wide with worry. Was this really happening? They had exiled the murderer! She quickly turned her attention to the kits and apprentices about, making sure that all were there and alright. Hearing Poppykit's mewl, the medicine cat apprentice padded toward the kit, trying to force a small smile onto her face as she spoke. "Everything's okay," she said gently. "Flintpaw's just missing. He'll come back - or the patrol will find him, don't worry." At least that's what she hoped would happen.

'Oh. I wonder where he went!' Poppykit replied, eyes going dark with confusion for a moment as she tried to puzzle it out, before lightening again. 'Has he gone on an adventure? Ooh, I want to be an apprentice now! Then I can go on adventures too!'
