(Cinderfall's trying to teach Cloudpaw how to make use of his blindness ^^)
(He's obsessed because he wishes he was blind instead of being able to see. the mentor before his was blind and she was a GREAT medicine cat, she could fight and hunt, defend herself, even took on half a dozen rouges with one paw behind her pelt (exagurating) mostly, since then, med cats have been trained also with blind tactics to prepare them in case they ever became blind themselves. Though Cinder doesn't nessicarily hate sight, he prefers now and then to close his eyes and hunt or fight like that. and with Cloudpaw, he's getting the perfect opportunity. that sum it up for ya?)

"I don't know..." Gingerheart replied silently. All the elders seemed a bit tense... I think maybe StarClan already told them about this Leaf-Bare... they are older though... maybe they're just worried about getting fat and lazy like a kittypet. she shook these thoughts from her head and began looking at her claws. A bit long, so she started scraping them on a tree nearby until they were a comfortable length.

"Not bad." Cinderfall said with a minor impressed smirk, "But your rump was a bit unbalanced, get into a hunting position." he mewed. this little furball doesn't know paw for paw about his gift. I know it's my duty as a medicine cat to teach an apprentice entrusted to me all about our ways, but this little guy. he paused a moment and waited a few heartbeats before finishing his though. Oh vey, StarClan, what will you do? I know he has a good future, but he doesn't even know where to place his paws and start.

Cloudpaw flicked his tail in a slightly irratated way. "But I caught it though..." he mumbled to himself as he crouched low. "What next?" he meowed in fake excitement, "Fighting?" He raised his paws softly up and down as he crawled around the floor. He began to lightly leap from rock to rock while giving small purrs.

Cloudfoot walked up behind Gingerheart and began to throughly wash her pelt.

"Sit still, or you'll never catch anything." Cinderfall said calmly, heavily pressing his paw on Cloudpaw's tail to keep him still. "Just as I thought." he mumbled. Cinderfall padded to and shoved the apprentice's rump closer to the ground, flicking his tail the the paws that were too wide apart and pushing them closer together. "Keep your tail low too, at that pose you looked more like a loon and a stalking cat. now that you have all the correction, I will stand at ONE precise stop, I expect you to remain in this crouch until you leap at me." he said, then padded a ways away to were he knew it would get confusing to find him. Cinderfall circles a few rocks more than once to intertwine his own scent, even counted how many times he did before moving to the next.
When he'd found a nice open area perfect for his intention, and also had a good view of Cloudpaw below, he clacked his nail on a pebble and sent it rolling down a shallow slope; that game had begun. If he's smart, he'll know exactly what he SHOULD be following. cinderfall thought to himself, flicking his ear at the change in breeze. now neither apprentice, nor mentor could scent eachother from a distance. he's really going to have to think now. oh boy..

Gingerheart purred her thanks and turned to wash her friend's back as well. "How hard do you think it's going to snow this Leaf-Bare? I'd be worried if we had any Greencough..." she mewed between long licks.

Tigetpaw pads around Runeclan territory. "Mouse-brained cats they don't check their boarders at all" Tigerpaw hissed to herself.

Cinderfall waited and watched, turning now and then to catch if any other cat was nearby, he caught a scent on the breeze from FonClan. Cinderfall turned and looked at the rocky plateau and saw a little cat he presumed the scent was coming from. He got down and laid down and watched it intently.

Tigerpaw padded around the territory carefully and saw a sorce of water. She bent down and lapped up some before she saw a cat that kinda looked like her, but older, in the reflection.

Cinderfall watched from his place intently at the little blob, fromt the scent in the air, he could tell it was female, and an apprentice. I don't see how any apprentice other than a medicine cat would be here without a warrior.

Cloudpaw raised his muzzle to the air. Cinderfall's scent wreathed around the place. He shook his head and instead concentrated on the click of the claw. Why follow scent when there is sound? he thought to himself as he readied his muscles. Flicking his tail he lept, as close as his legs would carry him, towards Cinderfall, landing a few tail-length's away.

"Personally I think it wont snow," she mewed between licks. She flicked her tail in an unworried manner.

Shadowheart sighed as his tail flickered in his nest. 'Nother boring day, he thought to himself as he wished his paw would heal already. Gingerly, he tried to stand up but fell over with a grunt.
