Cloudsong flicked her long tail and bounded after Jayfeather, slowing so she padded just behind him.

Jaywing padded along at a slow pace. He flicked his tail at an oak tree, where a mouse was nibbling a seed. He crouch, slincking up slowly behind it. He pounced, landing a swift blow to its neck.

Cloudsong silently watched as the Tom made his kill. She smiled at him, silently congratulating him before a movement caught her eye. Whipping around, Cloudsong saw a blackbird picking berries off a bush. Lowering herself into hunters crouch, Cloudsong stalked toward it, pouncing when she was two tail lengths away. She angled herself so that the way she landed on the bird snapped it's neck. Picking it up, Cloudsong turned back to Jaywing.
