Sunkit sighed curling up against her mom not hungry she still wondered about her brother and why they left him behind she would have to ask her mother someday.

Foxear sighed and licked Sunkit's head, wondering who the kits father was.There are two toms.. she thought shaking her head again.She looked out of the nursery and watched the cats as they ran around camp.

I blinked and struggled into an upright position as the sun dappled my midnight pelt, blinding me in a similar manner. The shine didn't feel good. Groaning, I sat back on my haunches, feeling the cold seep out of my body. At once I realized I was alone, but I also remembered being surrounded by warm pelts. "Mama?" I cried out, scared now.

The first rays of sunlight shone into the apprentice den, walking the two apprentices up."Dawn patrol should be leaving soon" yawned Bearpaw sitting up.Mousepaw shrugged and looking around, her eyes drooping slightly."I need a drink, want to come to the lake with me?" she asked looking at Bearpaw.Bearpaw gasped and shook his head."That's Lakeclan's territory, no way!" she shrieked.Mousepaw shrugged and left the den.

I opened my eyes for the first time and gazed at my surroundings with wonder. It had seemed so dark and small before! That was nothing compared to what I saw. The outside was beautiful. I struggled to my paws and looked around, impatiently waiting for my sight to stop being fuzzy, then headed towards the lakeside. Sunlight fractured on the rippling surface of the water, making it seem more pretty than dangerous. Prey skittered around in the undergrowth. Even a fox was lumbering along with a satisfied expression on it's face.

Sunkit Heard them Say Still born Did they mean he was dead? she shook her head she knew he wasn`t dead he Was Breathing just barely she felt his heart beat when she was lying down next to him.

The Lakeclan leader was away from camp, trying to clear her mind.She sighed and looked up seeing the lake ahead.Padding through the overgrown path ahead of her, she walked towards the lake.She loved the way it shimmered in the sunlight like a thousand diamonds, and the way it looked almost as thin as ice.She smiled and tried to relax as she reached the shore.
