Mosspetal whirled around, surprised. Her eyes brightening when she noticed it was only Sootstorm. "Hey!" She scolded affectionately, a fond smile crossed her face. "Good morning, love." She purred.

"Morning," He purred, touching noses to her, smiling. "Want to go to the secret place?" he meowed, wondering if she remembered.

"What do we do?" She meowed fretfully to her leader, peering out at Brightfang and Roach.

Roach smiled, touching noses to her. "I was wondering where you've been! Was that a new apprentice?" He asked.

Rockstar moved silently to lie down "Nothing, We spy and ask Brightfang later" He whispered only loud enough for the apprentice to hear

Mosspetal's eyes brightened. "Sure!" She grinned, taking off to the secret paradise.

Blazetail woke and padded out of the den, padded over to a tree stump outside in the clearing

He followed her quickly, skidding to a hault when he noticed that brambles covered the old, tiny entrance to it. Carefully he moved the brambles sideways, letting Mosspetal in and shut it behind him, seeing the beautiful, lush paradise. "C'mon!" He meowed, leaping up onto the small waterfall that they had sat on top of, watching the skies. The day that she chose him. And today, he'd surprise her.

"When you see prey, leap out when they least expect it." he meowed, reminding her. "When you get your paws on it, kill it as soon as possible, and don't let it yowl." he meowed.
