Rolling his eyes, Flintfoot licked his paw again. " She thinks I'm jealous. " He answered, claws now un-sheathed as he washed them. She'll be the first I take revenge on!

She narrowed her eyes. "Its obvious you aren't. You're angry, sure, but not jealous." She sniffed.

" She's just got bees in her flea infested brain. " He snorted with slight amusement.

She let out a slight huff. "I swear, this may seem rude, but if she brings that mutt into camp, I won't hesitate to drive her and her mutt out."

He nodded in agreement.

"I will head back to camp," she growled. "I need to guard."

[ardentsongbird]

Flintfoot didn't respond. He just sat, staring across the Thunderpath, and then at his long, healing gash on his back.

She bounded back to camp, her eyes narrowed. She skidded into camp, chest heaving. She began to pace around, alert.

As a Monster passed by, Flintfoot growled viciously. " You demon! " He yowled and raced as fast as he could after the Monster.

She pricked her ears up, wondering what she heard on the breeze. "Its probably nothing." She growled to herself.
