Featherflight heard Wolffang and Crowflight fighting from her cave. She felt hot anger boil her insides. At herself and the badger. She ran towards the scene, and saw Crowflight deal with it, and go over to the unconscious Wolffang. Suddenly, another badger tore through the undergrowth. Featherflight's breath froze in her throat. It was going to get Wolffang and Crowflight! She took a deep breath and ran towards it, and nipped at its legs and clawed at its muzzle. Anger started to take over again, and dark clouds started to form in the sky.

Nightjar padded out of the bushes where he had crouched, watching the fight. "I don't know if he can hear you, but I can, and I will help you return him to camp." Suddenly, he heard another badger. "Can you hear taht?" he asked Crowflight.

[Wanderer.]

Wolffang groaned in response, falling onto one side. This is it, I'm dying. He almost gave up as the thought ran through his head. No! LeafClan needs me, and as long as it needs me, I'll be here. He returned to his silent fight, holding what seemed to be a dark weight on his shoulders, and he knew that if he stopped holding it up... Well, he decided not to go there.

Nightjar spun around to the sight of another badger.

"Crowflight!" Nightjar yelled. "I've seen what you can do! Show us your powers and get that badger! I'll take Wolffandg back to camp!"

Crowflight was stunned and could bearly manage to get the words out, "ok you take Wolffang and I'll go help kill that other badger." She paused, then resumed speaking. "But be careful, there could be other badgers around, and please don't tell anyone NightJar, I beg you! I don't want to be the weird one in the clan, the outsider, I don't want everyone to think that I am different, I just want to fit in." She faced NightJar, her eyes pleading him to agree.

"Of course..." he said. "You remind me of myself when I was younger..." he whispered.

"Thank you NightJar, that meand alot to me." Then she turned towards the sound of battle and saw Feathflight attacking the badger. "Featherflight, how can I help?" She called to the warrior.

Nightjar watched as Crowflight viciously attacked the badger. How could one cat be so powerful? he thought. Nightjar may have just been a warrior, but he was very intelligent. "Could it be..." He whispered. "could Crowflight be part of... a prophecy?" Nightjar was stunned at the fact that there must be a prophecy within LeafClan. He continued to watch as Crowflight ripped through the badger's flesh, and almost snapped its leg. "It has to be true..." Nightjar said to himself. "It has to be."

As Shiverear ran back to camp, he began to wonder if he was very rude to Candypaw just abruptly leaving like that. He stopped in his tracks, hesitated, then began to trot back towards Candypaw. Nobody wants to be be left alone! he thought.

Jayfeather opened his eyes after a nice nap. He looked behind him to find Hollyfur. "Wahhh?" he moaned to the sight of Hollyfur.

Featherflight heard Crowflight asking how she could help. She was rearing up on her hind legs, exhausted beyong belief, batting the badger's eyes with her claws. "Try...hitting..side.." she gasped. "Knock..over.." The badger swatted a paw at Featherflight's shoulder, knocking her off balance.
